Yes, this more realisticly home for me too. My family been casted out from our house due someone's greedy. Now we live in a rent house. After a year I don't know where we will be going.. I showed my mother this video for some reference in case we are going to build a forever house. And she loves this. I hope this year 2022 our family finances getting better and having a house. I’ve watched a bunch of house tours on this channel and even though most of the houses are amazing I was always able to point out something that I didn’t like but not with this house. This house is simply perfect, I just loved every single detail. The kitchen, the backyard and the basement are my favorite spaces. If I had the money I would buy it in a heartbeat.
Oh my god, me too! At first I was into modern contemporary houses but when I saw this it completely changed my preferences. I watched lots of house tours but this really hits the spot.

The finishings (if thats what it's called) in this house is divine! The mirrored tiles in the bar area, the tile and wood flooring, the stair railings, the glass doors, leather sound proofing, the master bathroom. Everything! It is well thought of.
This Mansion has perfect blend of colours, the design, the tree in the backyard is gorgeous. It has some great architecture which has some simplicity, not tooo fancy but perfect. And also your suit matches with the colours. Thanks for the tour.
What a beautiful house, so many details, one of the most beautiful houses on this canal. So cuddly and cosy, you immediately feel at home. The architect has understood exactly how to combine functionality and design perfectly.

In some channels you'll watch someone continuously use adjectives such as "beautiful, lovely, wide,breathtaking" etc without giving you any real info about the house.

Your videos just keep getting better. I love the fact that you show the floor plan of each level. Touring large homes like this one can get confusing as far as where you are, so it's nice to have the layout to reference. I tend to prefer more modern design, but I love this home despite its more traditional aesthetic.

All houses you toured in the Brentwood area are amazing. This one looks like the one from Westridge but love this one much more. Not just because of the basement which not usual in most of this home style. The backyard looks so cozy with the big tree covering. The detail on every ceiling in the house is amazing. The master suite was ridiculous from the openess to the marble detailed moldings and around the fireplace. The closet was big enough for both my wheelchair and I 😂. All that place needs for me is a couple of small ramps to get around outside better and I'd move right in!

I have two questions: 1. I'm German and normally we have like one bathroom which is a little bit bigger for the whole family and then maybe a second toilet on another floor (or in big houses maybe multiple of them). But everyone in the family shares the big bathroom. But here it stands out to me, that in all houses you visit every bedroom has its own bathroom with shower or tub. Is this just because that are big multi-million dollar mansions or is this more typical in American houses even at lower price points? 2. What does a typical household look like in those expensive houses? There are big big kitchens where sometimes you could cook for 20 people, but then there are also often little side kitchens for staff. Does the staff often cook for the family in the "little" kitchens and the big one is just representation? Speaking of staff, what is typical for a mansion like this (or others on this channel)? One person who cleans everything a few hours per week? Or multiple people? I imagine that depends a lot on the owner of the home, but what is average? These question are interesting for a lot of people I guess and maybe are also worth to make a video with questions like this. Thanks a lot!

I think the reason for the "low" price is that it got no views and is neither in Bel Air or Beverly Hills. That makes a huge difference. Personally I would prefer such a home compared to some of the clean modern ones with an awesome view.

What a wonderfully cosy home and garden, everything sits together so well. I do like that I can get my wheelchair to every part of the house and by the look of it most of the garden too which is a lovely bonus. I like the master but I think the last guest suite with the balcony has to be one of my favourite rooms. The only downfall for me is that there was an excessive amount of marble used, but other than that you’ve given another great tour, take care and stay safe.

True definition of a 10/10 home. I absolutely love the kitchen and the backyard, backyard so spacious and green, it's quite lovely. The entertainment area is to die for, if I buy this house, I'm never coming up from the entertainment area, it has everything a guy wants. All in all, really really nice house enes 👍🏽. PS: I'm adding this to my list of dream homes, you currently have the most homes on my list.

@@EnesYilmazerThis place was just about my ideal home. I really loved the barrel ceiling in the dining area. I really liked waterfall countertop in the kitchen. The detail on every ceiling in the house is amazing. The master suite was ridiculous from the openess to the marble detailed moldings and around the fireplace. The closet was big enough for both my wheelchair and I 😂. All that place needs for me is a couple of small ramps to get around outside better and I'd move right in!

I am new to this channel. I have viewed a lot of house's on this channel but this one is my favored.I have watched this house tour 20 times.😃

I have two questions:
1. I'm German and normally we have like one bathroom which is a little bit bigger for the whole family and then maybe a second toilet on another floor (or in big houses maybe multiple of them). But everyone in the family shares the big bathroom. But here it stands out to me, that in all houses you visit every bedroom has its own bathroom with shower or tub. Is this just because that are big multi-million dollar mansions or is this more typical in American houses even at lower price points?
2. What does a typical household look like in those expensive houses? There are big big kitchens where sometimes you could cook for 20 people, but then there are also often little side kitchens for staff. Does the staff often cook for the family in the "little" kitchens and the big one is just representation? Speaking of staff, what is typical for a mansion like this (or others on this channel)? One person who cleans everything a few hours per week? Or multiple people? I imagine that depends a lot on the owner of the home, but what is average?
These question are interesting for a lot of people I guess and maybe are also worth to make a video with questions like this.

In Ireland, we usually have one bathroom for the family, one for guests etc on the bottom floor and then the master suite will usually be en-suite
Definitely the back yard and guest suites for me! The basement was outstanding too

I think the reason for the "low" price is that it got no views and is neither in Bel Air or Beverly Hills. That makes a huge difference. Personally I would prefer such a home compared to some of the clean modern ones with an awesome view.

What a wonderfully cosy home and garden, everything sits together so well. I do like that I can get my wheelchair to every part of the house and by the look of it most of the garden too which is a lovely bonus. I like the master but I think the last guest suite with the balcony has to be one of my favourite rooms. The only downfall for me is that there was an excessive amount of marble used, but other than that you’ve given another great tour, take care and stay safe.

True definition of a 10/10 home. I absolutely love the kitchen and the backyard, backyard so spacious and green, it's quite lovely.
The entertainment area is to die for, if I buy this house, I'm never coming up from the entertainment area, it has everything a guy wants.
