Great video! You have lovely eyes!! I’ve been cutting seriously a little over a year now and finally getting my low abs to come in. It takes soooo long!! Thanks for the helpful diet suggestions. I try to eat the same boring food all week and do a cheat meal every Saturday. It keeps me going without going out of control on my diet. I started at 206lbs, on keto while working out and ended up now at 155lbs and recomposed myself to have more lean muscle and less fat. I found myself low on strength in the gym so I switched to a balanced diet while still in about a 400 calories deficit each day, except Saturday. I feel like at this point all progress is super slow and I’m trying to change things up a little so my metabolism stay very slow.

everyone is different! some need 1,200 a day while others need 1,500. i would think she needs 1,500 a day so that’s why she’s eating slightly more. if you don’t eat enough calories it could drastically change your progress and the way you focus as well as your motivation. :)) it is important to have a calorie deficit though, so if you used to eat 1,700 a day you should go for 1,500.

You can calculate your caloric needs for losing weight with a TDEE calculator on the internet. When you see how much you burn in a day you can substract 500 calories of your tdee! That should do the trick. You can calculate this with : www.iifym.com

It’s all about calories in vs calories out. To lose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit. Burn more than you consume and you’ll lose weight!

N A.A.A you can use an app, lifesum or chronometer work really well
Get a food scale and measure everything. Then track in an app. My Fitness Pal is a good one but there are many others.
