I just bought the AT4X, regular version. It’s impressive and comfortable. My 24 AT4 3500 was pretty good but this one is just enough over the top for me to justify the price difference.

I have the 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 AT4X AEV Edition (Duramax) and I know its heavier than Non AEV edition. Its an amazing truck no doubt. You said it drives like a sedan; I'm not sure mine does, there is some bounce and at times it can get unbearable on less than perfect freeways at almost any speed and 200 of the 300 mile drive home from the dealer was not pleasant. I spent heck of a lot more, paid over 126k including tax and dealer premium. GMC tell me, after extensive tests, its normal. One or two other reviews mention this bouncing effect perhaps its more pronounced on the AEV Edition. Being desperate, having spent so much on this new truck, I replaced all tires with Mickey Thomson Baja Boss (that set me back another $2661) and reduced tire pressures front and back. I have to take this on a longer drive. I think its the Multimatic DSSV, either I have a defective set on mine or its something else. GMC is no help at this time. Please give me an honest opinion about no load ride quality on an average freeway, not ones smooth as glass.

Going forward with your reviews - it would be nice if you demonstrate if the truck's front camera automatically engages when at low speed to assist with parking and such... spend more time going over the camera features.
732 miles range seems off. It's more like 550 miles full tank.
Unless there's a program flash on that particular car.

The bumpers don't add that much weight. Nor do the skids.
It is a nice looking truck. About $25,000 higher than any luxury 3/4 ton should be adjusted for inflation since 1980.

They're not really baja trucks like the raptor and trx. Better for crawling

Winch. The said it would have a winch option. ...not an option when i was looking to order. I use it way too much to not have it. Not buying one until then GMC. Or make your sierra grande with two of them lol

Difficult to make an HD a off road racer. The weight is insane toward the front.

Yeah. It is a much nicer truck though..just not 20k nicer. Maybe 5k more and that's for the seats lol
Not really I bought the Silverado 2500 HD ZR2 Bison that stickered for $93.5k. I've seen some with a few more options for $97+k.
When is Chevy going to realize that freaking tires are round and stop making the damn wheel wells square!!
The Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD ZR2 has rounded wheel wells......this is a GMC.
This truck is for towing and some offloading . Powerwagon is designed to offroad. Kinda bad comparison.

That is basically how every car journalist calls a truck capable offroad these days a raptor competitor🤣 it shows how little they know about cars but the fact is only trx deserves to be a raptor competitor basically they are both factory prerunners and trail offroading was just a bonus because they come in 4wd.
Cry more, ford needs to make a raptor super duty to compete.

I don't think this is made to compete with a Raptor. This is more for the slower speed off-roader that will tow occasionally... and is also an AEV fan boy. Other wise there are many other options in the $100k price range.
wat? Even you know this title is just silly. A Raptor has about 50% more suspension travel - 10" vs 15" and is made for high speed desert running. The AT4X is a nice vehicle, but made for mild, slower off roading. But, more youtube revenue with titles like that i guess
