    Please dont ever take this down! I've been watching and using your content since I was 17 (I'm 20 now) and a lot of the videos that go into my daily routine are gone. Luckily it's been so long that I have them memorized, but having the video playing always helps. All of your uploads are timeless, and whenever I fall off track, they're easy to come back to and get me in the grove of things again

    U know what i love about you and the community? Even tho it is wa weight loss workout, not toxicity no competition no diet culture. Just promoting movement, mental and physical health. Even on my worst days, u cheer me up everytime. So grateful.

    I can't do it graceful or easy but I'm trying. It helps so much with my all over chronic pain. And this one is my favorite

    You make it seem so easy. I always start by viewing your videos thinking: I could do that...     Altho in my country, many young people prefer doing gym to doing yoga, i still think yoga is better. And now, i show your my friends that i'm right.       Dino Park Especially for beginners, I would recommend doing an extra warmup before this. I’ve noticed with Boho Beautiful that also her videos are amazing, she tends to do less than a minute of warming up before going into some deep poses, and beginners are more likely to get injured. I’m pretty advanced, but I still like to warm up on my own.

    Just completed this workout. It was tough but I did it. Lost my balance several times but did not fall. Feeling kind of proud. Beautiful workout.

    this video was a blessing. had a horrible week and was wound up so tightly i wasn't sleeping through the night. stumbled across this gem and i was knocked out cold. this is my first time really doing yoga but i enjoyed it and it put me to sleep.

    Hey Julianna and Mark, I'd like to say thank you very much for what you're doing. I just started to do yoga about a month ago, completely changed my lifestyle and you helped me a lot to make this huge step for me. I was and I still am really uncomfortable with my body. Sometimes it's so hard to not eat that chocolate or chips in the store lol, but later I'm happy I didn't and I hold my will. But when I practice yoga, I'd love to do something like in this video, yoga or pilates for weight loss, but it's impossible for me to do it right now. I fall a lot when I'm in some positions, because I'm too weak. How long did it last before you could do some intermediate or hard positions? I feel so weak and useless, that I can't even hold my muscles and do something for my body....sometimes I even have to stop in the middle of the practise. What should I do? I would be so happy for any advice. I wanted to message you on facebook or somewhere else, but I didn't know where...So thank you if you notice this message of mine.     Hello, I've been doing Physical Therapy for over three month do to an injury I had at work, on my lower back since I had to stop the gym my PT recommended light yoga, I've been doing yoga for less than a week only following your videos (Easy yoga for beginners, sore back and digestion and detox) and I have to admit that it changed the way I think and feel completely and it's becoming my new way of life, I would like to know if you can post a video for knee pain or if you have one to please send me the link, this one is for my daughter and thank you so much, blessings!

    I really love the flow of the workouts. I am wondering if it is better to stretch as far as I can but then I cannot hold for long or is it better so stretch only as far as I can in order to hold the pose longer? Am I making sense?

      I'm a naturally extra skinny girl that hates hearing "please eat more" or "eat something". You look gorgeous! And are obviously so fit. Try adding a little extra healthy fat & protein for sure, but know that you are a beauty.

      Athena Delmar -- I too am skinny but not fit the way Juliana is, you are right -- she's gorgeous! I just noticed that she is much thinner than her other videos..... they are travelling and had that horrible bout of food poisoning in Bali, just worried that's all. :)

    You're so positive and your energy is contagious for the best or our minds and bodies. You know what, Juliana, you should ask your family to allow your grandmother ear your calming and restoring voice (headphone Bose, TH-cam). It will be a fantastic way for her to have you by her side, and mentally it should be a source of happyness. As for us !

    Hey Juliana! I'm just wondering if you have any advice/exercises for trying to do yoga postures with flat feet? My arches are pretty dropped and it means I find it very difficult to do one-legged balancing poses such as warrior III. I'd appreciate any advice! Thank you x

    This was great! Training my muscles, on the weekly basis must be paying off, because my muscles didn't feel as challenged as they did when I first began your yoga workouts. However, my balance was not the best this time.. I look forward to making improvements!

    Thank you for this newest video, and your instruction in all of your videos. You inspired me to try and restore my fitness. I love your instructional style, but what I appreciate most is your voice, how you sound as you guide us through a session. That is why I would like to ask you to consider making a series of videos that are the first 5 sessions of phase one of a program I recently began to get fit for men over 40. My bigest problem with the program is he doesn't actually walk you through a session but more says here is what running in place looks like you will do it for 30 seconds, but I am just doing it to let you see for right now, then you will do the bicycles which look like this, then back to running in place, which I already showed you, then to alternating side lunges that look like this again just doing these for a few seconds to let you see, but you would do it for 30 seconds. He works his way through showing you what each looks like to say, and that would be one set, and you do three sets of that, good luck! That isn't enough for me, I need to follow someone talking me through it, and keeping the timing for me. I also need music, and I could lay down the track it should be mix mastered together to transition songs as the the exercises transition to give an additional audible Que to switch.

    Day 1 workout video: Functional cardio day - - Repeat the following circuit 3x
    -Bicycles for 30 seconds, [15 seconds of active rest]
    -Alternating side lunge core rotations 30 seconds, [15 seconds of active rest]
    -Alternating squat kicks 30 seconds, [15 seconds of active rest]
    -3 punch high knee pulls 30 seconds, [15 seconds of active rest]
    -Quiet burpees (burpee with no jump) 30 seconds, [15 seconds of active rest]
    Day 2 workout video: Full-body resistance training - - Repeat the following circuit 3x
    1. Dumbbell row push-ups - 12 reps, [15 seconds of active rest]
    2. Alternating dumbbell lunges with bicep curl - 12 reps, [15 seconds of active rest]
    3. Standing dumbbell presses - 12 presses, [15 seconds of active rest]
    4. Leaning dumbbell rows - 12 rows, [15 seconds of active rest]
    5. Standing dumbbell tricep extensions - 12 extensions, [15 seconds of active rest]
    6. Dumbbell ab twists - 15 rotations, [15 seconds of active rest]
    Day 3 workout video: Full-body fat-loss training - - Repeat the following superset sequence 5x
    Superset 1: 20 seconds of jumping jacks supersetted with 20 seconds of prison squats
    Superset 2: 20 seconds of high knee taps supersetted with 20 seconds of step-ups
    Superset 3: 20 seconds of commando planks supersetted with 20 seconds of reverse crunches
    Day 4 workout video: Functional core cardio day - - Repeat the following circuit 3x
    Day 5 workout video: Advanced Training Day - - Repeat the following circuit 3x
    1. Superset 1: The paired opposing muscle groups will be chest and back
    *Cable pec fly (or pec dec machine) - 10 reps
    *Wide grip lat pull-down - 10 reps
    [rest 30-60 seconds between each superset]
    2. Superset 2 - Opposing muscle groups: Biceps and triceps
    *Barbell bicep curl - 10 reps
    *Tricep rope push-downs - 10 reps
    [rest 30-60 seconds between each superset]

    i have not done a workout for a long time and i just thought a quick one would be nice and easy. But it was actually hard for me but i really enjoyed it. you gave me new motivation for doing sports :) thank you

    you are really amazing, i followed ya since 2 years ago. Now started to learn yoga, not easy as I am not flexible(?)
    and why my back doesn't look straight like yours...???
