      I couldn't even touch my toes when I started. I've been at this almost every day for 4months.
      I Sooooo incapable of doing most of this still.
      I Can touch my toes, Now!😉

    Just tried this for the 1st time...only got to 14.5 mins before I had to take a breather 😮 I am JUST starting my yoga journey🧘‍♀️ and can't wait to get to the point where I can finish the whole video without a break! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and beautiful hometown with us!

    Thanks Juliana and Mark for these beautiful videos that help me transform my life so enormously! I started doing yoga each day 4 months ago and I chose your videos to begin with. To be honest I find even the beginner videos quite challenging (41 years old and almost no experience).
    But I just love the energy of the videos and just kept on trying each day. Accepting exactly where I am, like you always say. ;) And it's amazing how quickly my body changes! And my emotions, my energy... And my whole life! Like I got a second chance! Just unbelievable... but true.     I want to THANK YOU for helping me get my spirit and strength back! I was a firefighter/flight paramedic and had once been in good shape until I sustained a serious injury I had multiple surgeries as a result, and found myself spiraling in to a rut of poor diet and lack of exercise. I was miserable with my choices, but doing nothing to change it. I can't say that I ever really ate well, as that was always my Achilles heal, but I had convinced myself that the exercise I was getting was enough - Wrong. Watching your videos about plant-based nutrition, and your wonderful tutorials on how to strengthen your body and mind through yoga has given me the encouragement and life-change I needed. I am now asking myself every time I eat, "How is this going to fuel my body?" (Not to mention the many ethical reasons behind making better food choices). I have so much more energy since cutting out meat and empty carbs. As I am losing weight, I am finding the strength again to exercise regularly. With my injuries, I have to focus on proper stretching, and your videos provide all of that. I am so glad a caring friend recommended your videos. You are both truly beautiful souls!! Thank you so much.

    Thank you for this! I've been at home dealing with a fibromyalgia flare up for 2 months now. I used to do 75 minutes of moderate vinyasa, and now I can hardly take laundry up and down the stairs. When you said "if you're not feeling strong enough today, keep your head lower" that meant so much to me, because not everyone understands that my muscular strength varies day by day with fibromyalgia!

    Yoga has always been so beautiful to me but I have never committed to it. Untill now. I have been doing alot of cardio. I want to lose about 20 extra pounds after committing to recovery from heroin." The sugar addiction is just another hurdle ". This was a beautiful stretch for my sore muscles as well as a challenge for every "new"muscle looking for it's strength. Well done. Thank you. 🖤

    This wasn’t so bad! I’ve gained some extra weight during quarantine & had some health issues as well. I’m trying to work on how I start my mornings & incorporate some type of body movement into my day because I’m still home everyday & lay around most of the day so this was a pretty decent way to start! I could see myself picking out a video from you everyday 😊

    IMO, definitely a good break away from my HIIT workouts but still challenging enough to make me feel that I've lost calories. I wouldn't say it was beginner level though. Loved that it was't too long. Perfect amount of time.

      yoga & meditation is very BEST thing I've EVER done for my Adult-self. I was incredibly Stuck, almost accepted I'd always be stuck... Its really shitty to feel like that. All the time. I slept Alot, ridiculous amount of time.
      It's wild how Good I feel, it has factually HELP Improve every single part of me.
      I kept Trying & trying, I've NEVER, Ever, EVER have Tried so much at something til it took.
      it wasn't easy, but now looking awhile back, it was ME making "everything" I Mean Everything difficult. All Me, nobody but Me.
      *seriously I couldn't even touch my Toes. LoL, holding my arms above my, touching was a struggle; Yeaahhh, it was that SAD/Bad. I haven't exercised, well NEVER.

    Hey guys! I wanted to make a suggestion. I think workouts like these are really good because we get to be more mindful in each and every pose and they are a good workout at the same time. I like your general fast paced flows but I feel like there is no time to really feel the pose. I think you should do more like these. Just a suggestion. Thank you 😁🙏
