      Me too! I think she speaks in a way that’s easy to follow but quick and to the point. She’s likes the really really good smart kind of teacher who doesn’t make you feel stupid for not being at their level

    I love your 60 mins advanced flows , your cues are fantastic to get us ready for what’s coming ,to prepare the body so well .     Loooved this flow. The twisted/extended foot down dog stretches around the 7 min mark were so fun. I paused the video to keep doing those for a couple of minutes.

    I am so happy to inform that I was able to do the forearm stand for the 1st time in my life after so many failed attempts! Although I was only able to do it on one leg but still have to say I can’t thank you enough for helping me push my limits. Some steps are still impossible for me and l don't know it l'll ever be able to do them in a next future , but you have to try to understand something more about your body and its limits.     This was what I needed after a brutal workout day of fairly intense barre and then gym work. I liked the repeated wild things that allowed for king pigeon and my deepest floor bow. Feels good to stretch the front of the body and work the back muscles. Thank you!

    I feel powerful and special. When we lift up
    😅Into the first pose from sphinx-hands off of the ground keep arms tight to your body and then locust. I love a good solid locust big deep breathing,roll my shoulders back, chin upright. It feels so good. Its8. Physically
    and mentally difficult because its so difrremt from normal human body postures.

    35:00-39:00 ish. Pigeon is my weakest pose. I’m not flat on the mat yet. I work on everything else. I’m gonna be sitting in pigeon sewing and watching shows. lol. 30:40 my my …. I am soooooo proud! I can not super easily but I can do half moon and sugar cane ( I had tantrums…. But I was looking around…. Duh. And the. Sugar cane I was super arching my back holding my breath and looking around out of anxiety this past December- Jan.).

    This is exactly what I needed. I've always worked stuff out- in my head or if I'm moody or just off -physically. Cleaning my house but that's done and it's 12:55 am when I finished. No unnecessary vacuuming.
    I can't get the reverse grip on the feet behind me. I rolled my shoulder and biceps finally but my hand wouldn't go.
    I got up into forearm stand for a moment but then my shoulders collapsed and i smashed my face😅. But I did it. I also did half moon and sugar cane on both sides with no spotter. Half moon was my nemesis,im top heavy in the shoulders with a long torso, the balance wouldn't cometo me
    Another thing that isn't coming to me yet is the bind upright in pigeon. I need more practice
    Thank you. I love these older videos. They're so much more ruthless 😊 just let's get it. Keep it moving. 🥨 pretzel it up in hard binds. No biggie.
