Woooow if this one were a song, it’d be a Banger! 😅. I thoroughly enjoyed this one! My 11 year old daughter did the first 31 minutes with me- she wants to do conditioning and work on flexibility for dance she started this summer. She was beat - just like I am. In the best way possible. When I’m in the mood to work HARD I want to do every single back bend stretch and pose I’ve ever done! 😊. I realized this whole time when grabbing my foot like in dancer, I was grabbing it closer to my toes, I switched to around the heel and ankle area, and I HELD DANCER ON BOTH SIDES LIKE A STATUE FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER on my first try, no rewinding pausing and focusing. I DID IT! I also enjoyed the half bow pose. That was an interesting feeling for balance And in wheel I held it the entire time. Rocked forward and back a liiiittttlllllleeeeeee 🤏. No moving hands yet. Forearm wheel will definitely be a goal. I very much enjoyed the layout and progression of this one. It started solid and progressed into more difficult, needing to be more open. It’s a winner. Saved to my “good ones that kick my sits bones 😆 “
Oh my gosh Charlie, I feel so amazing right now. Feel all the stress gone, my heart is open, and I can completely relax. Fun flow too. Thank you so much.
I really enjoyed this practice. At first, i thought i wouldn't get through the 50 mins, but I did. The breathing ratio helped ease into the poses and left me feeling lighter. Thank you Charlie! My love to you💌
This class prepared the body well for backbends, stretching out the front of the body, engaged the back muscles and worked through different intensities of backbends in the lead up to wheel pose. The repeated cobras, half and full bow pose, dancer’s pose all worked wonderfully to prepare my body for the deepest wheel I’ve ever done.

Kind of late to do this video but I enjoy this video because I really feel the strengthening of my back. I especially like the breathing methods (4x4, 4x6 and 4x8), half frog pose felt really good and the side stretches. 😍 Thank you for the wonderful class!

Some days the simplest move feels impossible but each day after practice I feel better for it. I'm wondering how to develop my practice to maybe become a teacher at 60........ maybe a big ask but if I could make it then I could inspire others to join the journey. Thanks for your practices.
Hey thank you for becoming a new follower. Postures that I recommend practicing for padmasana are, Badha konasana, Pigeon pose, Double pigeon pose, half lotus tree pose, half lotus forward fold
I watch you carefully and skip back until I’m confident in body placement: Ok that said I have been paying attention to how your hips look front and when they are stacked because my pelvis and back over arched and my shoulders were doing this weird thing just in down dog with stacked hips I’ve focused my attention. I noticed your body opens more to the side as your leg goes up higher in back. Are your hips actually stacked or is it just your chest opening and rolling your front body open!? I think I’ve been trying to do this pose squared
