    Thank you KayKay. I really like your workouts. You are really relatable to workout with i.e. after some tough moves you can see that you like holy cow got some more to do but you just push on through. You are super fit but you don’t act like you’re super human which can be intimidating so that’s why you are relatable. I love your tunes too and the content is great because working out should be fun and the moves are fun which for me makes a workout more enjoyable. Thanks again. I’m trying to get rid of my stomach which isn’t as flat as it used to be so I’m working on the HIIT vids as well as lifting weight and of course my diet. I’m a vegan but a year back I was eating a lot of snacks hence why I got a little tummy now. Anyway with you r help and my commitment to workout every day it’s going to be nice and flat again like yours . See you next time. 😘🙏🏻☮️💟

    I am IN LOVE with your channel. As someone else already wrote, i love how natural and genuine you do your exercise, not fearing to show tiredness or fatigue, not force yourself beyond your natural rhythm. This teach us the most important ingredient to exercise: respect your body first. If we don't learn this, our chances to be constant and to live an healthy lifestyle with pleasure definitely decrease. Thank you KayKay. A hug from Italy!

    I like the variety of exercises as I've done them before when I was regularly working out, but I like that it's not intimidating and it's doable. I will for sure struggle the first few times but I'm up for the sweat and challenge. I'm adding this to my fitness workout list. Thank you!

    Dieses Video ist eins meiner liebsten Workouts. Es lässt sich sowohl draußen, als auch drinnen super absolvieren. Man kommt ins schwitzen und hat Spaß. Genau das Richtige um gleich Morgens gut in den Tag zu starten oder nach einem stressigen Arbeitstag wieder guten Laune zu bekommen.

    Girl your workouts are intense as hell but SO EFFECTIVE!! Every time I do your exercises the next day my muscles are a lot more defined in my flabby areas :) I’ve also seen a difference in my body and stamina. Very functional and challenging workouts!

      It really depends on how hard you go - how it feels for you.
      Like: if you really push yourself with me you know how tough they can be. So probably 3x times a week would be an awesome average. But you could also do more if you feel LIKE it. Maybe on some days you won’t push as hard as on others. That’s totally fine because our bodies need to recover. 🙏🏼
      So it really is up to you. There’s no RIGHT | WRONG. The main goal to me.. and hopefully to all of you should BE to be healthy and fit. ❤️
      Do whatever feels best for you. ☺️

    Never knew I could sweat this much from a low impact workout
    This was challenging and interesting

      It depends. Currently recording and trying out new stuff | putting together the movements for us - is all I do for workout.
      So, at the moment I record mostly 2 x weighted workouts and 1-2 x non weighted workout. So I train 4 times a week with YOU guys.
      The rest I am just moving a little bit.
      Try to listen to your body. How you feel. 🙏🏼❤️
      P.S.: don’t forget my mobility workouts / routines. ☺️

    Wer denkt man würde bei No Jumping nicht schwitzen…Fehlanzeige! Ich habe mehr geschwitzt als bei manch anderen Workouts (nicht von Kaykay, die gibts nicht ohne nass werden😅)
