    I love how you split up your workouts I actually workout so similar to you but add in a few cycling classes a week but now I’m starting to think maybe I’m doing too much cardio because you’re even way leaner than me! I also need to reverse diet, would you ever make a video on your reverse/ any tips you have and what you’ve increased or decreased cardio/ food wise first?

    I'm wondering if you have experienced any hormonal issues by being so lean, I myself have lost my period for 3 years because of overtraining and underfueling and it can be very very dangerous 😢
