Hopefully, I can add to this! Clinically I'm finding Osteitis Pubis is often a consequence of stiff hips and low back dysfunction. The pubic area is often just the part of the system that struggles with the way it's being loaded up. I've put together a video with some helpful exercises to address these hidden underlying issues. Hope it helps! @Hto0

Thank you for this video! Can you tell us what physical activity/exercise can be done that will not aggravate this condition, while still in the physical therapy phase?

I have acute Non Bacterial CPPS, extreme pain on any movement in the front lower side of the penis, going for urine is painful and difficult to start. Slight lower back pain and stiffness also.
I'm doing pelvic floor yoga and stretching and have slight relief since last 2 months but the spasms keep coming back.
    Please suggest.

I am a 21 year old professional athlete that has been out for 6 months with severe OP. I have had a cortizone shot for the infla, action which eased things up slightly but after only gently starting again I am feeling the same pain....I hope it goes soon.

I don't know what's causing my inflammation. I'd love to know so i could try and fix it. I've been to several doctors and had MRI and steriod injections with CT scan and still have the pain and limited mobility. What are you suggesting the causes of OP could be?

@@a12mx not really, I actually suffer from pelvic pain in general now (pubis, buttocls, hip...etc)
I have been also having back and abs issues.
Doctors dont know why exactly I have those pain for almost a year now.
After some researching I highly doubt that I have what is called "fibromyalgia"
I believe i started with o.p. then fibromyalgia kicked in 😕
