- Welcome back friends! After a few months break from TH-cam, spending quality time with family and working on some really big projects we're glad to be back sharing our adventures on the road with you.
We can't believe its been 4 whole years that we've been travelling Australia...thinking about it makes us so emotional. But the adventures aren't stopping any time soon! We're going to base ourselves on the east coast chasing waves over summer while simultaneously working on an engine rebuild for good ol' Nigel.

Chiming in from Perth (Sth Duncraig). Been following you two for a long while now and just luv your vlogs with the last being epic as well as your short film was perfect. The thing that really hooks me in is your choice of music as i can't get enough of it too and as well watching you make coffee is engrossing ( iam going to buy the one you use for our 4wd).
I grew up in Scarborough and my late teens moved into a flat with mates in Scarbs with ocean views as we were mad surfers with combi's & panel vans etc & often down Margs coast chasing surf & camping out (the best yrs of my life was late teens early 20yrs chasing the waves) As kids came along & house/mtge etc that became more difficult, but did diverse into scuba diving, water skiing, classic cars, trail bike riding & 4wd's & camping. Now own the hse debt free & 4wd & caravan & 3 x 80's V8 classic Mercs with workshop & hoist, swimming pool & lifes good. I self taught myself all the trades - woodwork, metal work, welding, engine building, car panel work/painting. Around the hse - bricklaying,tiling, paving, concrete work, cabinet making etc so did owner builder Hse extensions, built my own concrete lagoon swimming pool resort style backyard. Now we spend time back in the surf and camping & 4wd trips to Lano & Dunsboroug/Margs and life is really epic. Your vlogs remind me of me growing up as an Aussia lad who takles anything. My wife is English from Cornwell and fell in love with me and Perth which she sees as absolute "Paradise"

How has the Bush Company roof top tent handled your travels? Does it hold the boards ok while on the move?
We’re going to do a whole video on this soon now that we’ve had it for a year, but we absolutely love it. Boards are great up there and the fact that we can keep them there when the tent is up is SO nice. So far everything’s been great about it. We haven’t had any really hot nights in it yet though, so hopefully that all goes well 😅

We have the hemp bedding from Salty Aura! I think they’re actually having a sale on it at the moment too. We have the orange shade. But the bedding in our van was I Love Linen (not sure the exact shade though!). I hope that helps, both are great brands and such good quality.
