I wanted to add my results to this page so people who are checking it out for the first time can know it works if you stick with it! I just finished doing this series 2 times in a row over the last month. I've lost 10 pounds and 2 inches from my waist. I started the videos after losing nearly 40 pounds and hitting a plateau. One reason I chose this series is because I wanted to work on trimming my belly. While doing the videos, I followed a healthy diet, drank a lot of water, and also walked at least 10,000 steps per day.

Is that a lot? It don’t seem like very much and I be getting discouraged cuz I feel like I could be on a machine for an hour and it says I burned like 20 calories but like food has hundreds…how am I supposed to burn enough calories to create a deficit if it takes all day 😭😭😭

5’1” at 220 lbs - i have creaky knees and wrists that cant hold much weight for long. I am tired of being this heavy (this is my heaviest). I’ve seen your instagram feed and I’ve seen your videos and am excited for this!! I still need to be educated on when it comes down to nutrition. I finally learned to cook brown rice correctly. I just need help with learning to love veggies as much as I love jasmine rice. Cheers to all who have decided to make a change!
Update! So I did the sets and I gotta say- the burpees were a bit difficult so the last set i did slow paced high knees just to keep warm. I sweat a lot and am ready for day two in the afternoon :D

I can't thank this couple enough I was struggling to find a gd workout video that had music i like. Im finally getting back to myself 20 more lbs to go thanks to these beautiful people giving themselves so selfishly to help others.
Thank you so much! I just finished day 14!! Granted, I only did 2 sets instead of 4 every day, but that's what was accessible to me with my current physique. I tried this challenge several times before and would always give up on day 3-4 because it was too much and I couldn't finish it. Just writing this in case someone feels the same and is ready to give up - just do fewer sets every day. Listen to your body - it should be challenging but not impossible. I still feel stronger after the challenge and more energized every morning!

So I hope I’ll get through this shit and end up hotter than ever 💪💪💪 UPDATE: I did 5 days in a row then had break for 5 day cause of period cramps 🥹 I thought I gave up after such a big break but no! Today I did day 6! So I’m keeping doing it! I feel great after each work out, so energised and motivated to do anything!
You can do this, just know that progress is not always an uphill stroll, if you fail it's ok and normal, just don't stay down when you fall down, and don't give up, hope you have a wonderful day

This is the first workout I can say that I actually enjoyed giving my 100% to do. I'm 253 lb with a bad knee, this workout was hard work but didn't put a lot of pressure on my knees. Thank you for making these low impact videos. Day 2 hear I come

I used to be fit but then I had a heart attack and got diagnosed with Myocarditis at 20 and now I'm unfit. I've also come to realize I can't excersise normally like regular people without my chest feeling agitated and at some points even starting to hurt. But this workout is amazing for me and doesn't cause any discomfort on my heart.

Started this challenge 2 weeks ago and finished yesterday. I definitely seen results after only 14 days of doing this workout. I also started intermittent fasting. Finally got to do this today. This is perfect for getting out of that workout rut!Love that although it was low impact, it made me sweat. Music was good too and I love how the trainer doesn't talk. Yknow the annoying things trainers say.. "you got this!" "go lower!" "almost there!" "feel that burn".. 😅

Wow, wow, wow! This was exactly what I needed. I started off in the worst mood, and ended up feeling amazing. Sweat just poured. Went I got to round 4 I didn’t think I was going to be able to make it through, but I took a small break, put water on my face and kept going. So grateful to have found this. Day one done! I started my workout plan today got up at 5 and just couldn't stop thinking of how heavy I've gotten how uncomfortable I am so I chose this workout because it was a plan for 14 days. I loved it it got my heart rate going I was sweating without being exhausted it was a great mix between standing and lying and up and downs I am motivated to do the rest. thank you for posting this plan I appreciate it and will comment with my results
I started yesterday (accidentally did Day 4) I'm a First time mom of a now 1 year old. I bought a 30 day fit challenge back in April and unfortunately I failed. The workouts were 1 hour long with too much talking in between and before, didn't work for me. I need quick 30 min or less so I can do it while my baby naps or plays. Thank you so much for doing these amazing quick workouts! I've been consistent for 5 weeks now thanks to your workouts! So I'm now going to commit to this 14 days challenge. Hypermobility often throws a wrench in my workout plans, but not anymore! Your modified exercises in this video are an absolute revelation - I'm actually keeping up and loving it! This newfound confidence has me fired up to crush this 14-day challenge. Half-burpees and planks are no joke, but when I need a breather, I swap them for some killer stepping jacks, squats, or high knees. I finished day one on 11/28/2024 and I currently weigh 157 lbs, I'm 5'1", and 19 years old. I want to lose about 40-45 pounds before June. I'm setting the goal to lose about 5-8 pounds a month but I am kind of nervous because that seems like a high number for a person trying to lose weight for the first time. I've gained bad habits since the pandemic and I want to change that before I turn 20 next year. When I was doing this workout I realized how out of shape I am and could barely do the plank for the entire duration lol.
This is the true definition of a workout for beginners, I don't find it difficult to follow and usually I can't finish in the last round. Especially for people who rarely exercise like me.. thank you

I've lost 106 lbs during the last 3 years. I'm down to a healthy weight now, but there are still a few extra pounds to lose around the belly area. I'll definitely integrate these exercises into my daily routine.

I have issues with dizziness and chronic pain and low intensity is perfect for me! The intensity of some workouts really scared me away from fitness, so having something that I can actually do and have time to rest if I get dizzy, is great!

I am so glad I clicked on this video. I’ve wanted to reduce my belly and waist size but couldn’t find the right routine. But after watching this video I knew I had found the right exercise routine! My progress after five days: No visible changes but I can feel the ache in my muscles which means it’s working!🎉
just completed the first day. In the past, I have only done 6-8 minute workouts so this one was really hard for me. I struggle with not giving up once I'm tired so pushing through this entire workout was difficult. I can definitely tell my legs are going to be sore tomorrow but I'm not giving up till I reach my goal

I’m now on day 9 and if anyone is contemplating on doing this program I highly recommend it. I had a baby 9 months ago and during the pregnancy I gained 60 lbs. Obviously I lost a lot of that once I gave birth but for the first time in my life my stomach was not flat anymore I had lots of belly fat and looser skin. I tried exhausting workouts like Chloe Ting videos but coudnt keep up, its like pregnancy made my endurance so weak. I had quit working out when I found her videos and it has made all the difference. This combined with eating clean my stomach has slimmed down SOOOO MUCH and I’m even regaining my strength back. I highly recommend you try her videos ! I even wore a crop top and high waisted leggings for the first time in a year in a half and felt very confident. I’m not finished yet reaching my goals and breaking out that bikini but I will only being doing her videos from here on out. Good luck to everyone! 💜

I completed Day 5 a few hours ago but almost didn't do it to begin with. So, I'm adding my progress here for accountability and motivation for all of us. I'm a mom in my early 40s, and I have knee osteoarthritis. I started my daily 10k steps over 2 and a half months ago, and I lose on average 1lb/week, but there are weeks where I didn't lose weight, and that's fine. I'm also on a calorie reduction. I started adding strength training to my routine, about 3 times a week, and then I discovered this 14-day workout and decided to do it to lose some belly fat. I lost almost 2 inches around my belly 2 weeks after I started my daily 10k steps, but since then, the number hasn't changed despite me losing weight nicely. Let's see if this workout series helps. D1: ✅feeling good D2: ✅some movements seem less challenging than D1, but high-intensity D3: ✅I'm motivated D4: ✅I am feeling sore D5: ✅I almost didn't do it because I wasn't feeling well. By the end of the day, I was feeling better and decided to do it, and I'm glad I did. Thank you so much! I just finished day 14!! Granted, I only did 2 sets instead of 4 every day, but that's what was accessible to me with my current physique. I tried this challenge several times before and would always give up on day 3-4 because it was too much and I couldn't finish it.
Just writing this in case someone feels the same and is ready to give up - just do fewer sets every day. Listen to your body - it should be challenging but not impossible. I still feel stronger after the challenge and more energized every morning!

I thought I gave up after such a big break but no! Today I did day 6!
So I’m keeping doing it! I feel great after each work out, so energised and motivated to do anything!

This is the first workout I can say that I actually enjoyed giving my 100% to do. I'm 253 lb with a bad knee, this workout was hard work but didn't put a lot of pressure on my knees. Thank you for making these low impact videos. Day 2 hear I come

I’ve done this challenge 3x now and it’s such an effective way for me to get invested in working out again.
I usually never complete a work out but today I pushed myself and I completed all of it super proud of myself. We got this!!!
I used to be fit but then I had a heart attack and got diagnosed with Myocarditis at 20 and now I'm unfit. I've also come to realize I can't excersise normally like regular people without my chest feeling agitated and at some points even starting to hurt. But this workout is amazing for me and doesn't cause any discomfort on my heart.

Started this challenge 2 weeks ago and finished yesterday. I definitely seen results after only 14 days of doing this workout. I also started intermittent fasting. I can't bekeive how many inches I lost in only 14 days and today I started the 30 day challenge and will be doing the 14 day challenge over again. Thank you for these workouts, it's awesome!!
Finally got to do this today. This is perfect for getting out of that workout rut!Love that although it was low impact, it made me sweat. Music was good too and I love how the trainer doesn't talk. Yknow the annoying things trainers say.. "you got this!" "go lower!" "almost there!" "feel that burn".. 😅

Wow, wow, wow! This was exactly what I needed. I started off in the worst mood, and ended up feeling amazing. Sweat just poured. Went I got to round 4 I didn’t think I was going to be able to make it through, but I took a small break, put water on my face and kept going. So grateful to have found this. Day one done! Will be back tomorrow for day two!

I started my workout plan today got up at 5 and just couldn't stop thinking of how heavy I've gotten how uncomfortable I am so I chose this workout because it was a plan for 14 days. I loved it it got my heart rate going I was sweating without being exhausted it was a great mix between standing and lying and up and downs I am motivated to do the rest. thank you for posting this plan I appreciate it and will comment with my results

I started yesterday (accidentally did Day 4) I'm a First time mom of a now 1 year old. I bought a 30 day fit challenge back in April and unfortunately I failed. The workouts were 1 hour long with too much talking in between and before, didn't work for me. I need quick 30 min or less so I can do it while my baby naps or plays. Thank you so much for doing these amazing quick workouts! I've been consistent for 5 weeks now thanks to your workouts! So I'm now going to commit to this 14 days challenge.

Hypermobility often throws a wrench in my workout plans, but not anymore! Your modified exercises in this video are an absolute revelation - I'm actually keeping up and loving it! This newfound confidence has me fired up to crush this 14-day challenge. Half-burpees and planks are no joke, but when I need a breather, I swap them for some killer stepping jacks, squats, or high knees. No skipping out, just smart adjustments and a whole lot of progress. Feeling amazing about finally making this positive shift! 💪💪💪💪

I finished day one on 11/28/2024 and I currently weigh 157 lbs, I'm 5'1", and 19 years old. I want to lose about 40-45 pounds before June. I'm setting the goal to lose about 5-8 pounds a month but I am kind of nervous because that seems like a high number for a person trying to lose weight for the first time. I've gained bad habits since the pandemic and I want to change that before I turn 20 next year. When I was doing this workout I realized how out of shape I am and could barely do the plank for the entire duration lol.
This is the true definition of a workout for beginners, I don't find it difficult to follow and usually I can't finish in the last round. Especially for people who rarely exercise like me.. thank you

I've lost 106 lbs during the last 3 years. I'm down to a healthy weight now, but there are still a few extra pounds to lose around the belly area. I'll definitely integrate these exercises into my daily routine.

I have issues with dizziness and chronic pain and low intensity is perfect for me! The intensity of some workouts really scared me away from fitness, so having something that I can actually do and have time to rest if I get dizzy, is great!

i feel ya. I could only do until the 3rd round and then started seeing white. had to sit and catch my breath. I was really about to pass out.
After the third round I was DONE I saw it was a 4th round i almost fainted but I did it... i finished slow but I finished .. i was not quitting

just completed the first day. In the past, I have only done 6-8 minute workouts so this one was really hard for me. I struggle with not giving up once I'm tired so pushing through this entire workout was difficult. I can definitely tell my legs are going to be sore tomorrow but I'm not giving up till I reach my goal

I’m now on day 9 and if anyone is contemplating on doing this program I highly recommend it. I had a baby 9 months ago and during the pregnancy I gained 60 lbs. Obviously I lost a lot of that once I gave birth but for the first time in my life my stomach was not flat anymore I had lots of belly fat and looser skin. I tried exhausting workouts like Chloe Ting videos but coudnt keep up, its like pregnancy made my endurance so weak. I had quit working out when I found her videos and it has made all the difference. This combined with eating clean my stomach has slimmed down SOOOO MUCH and I’m even regaining my strength back. I highly recommend you try her videos ! I even wore a crop top and high waisted leggings for the first time in a year in a half and felt very confident. I’m not finished yet reaching my goals and breaking out that bikini but I will only being doing her videos from here on out. Good luck to everyone! 💜

I completed Day 5 a few hours ago but almost didn't do it to begin with. So, I'm adding my progress here for accountability and motivation for all of us. I'm a mom in my early 40s, and I have knee osteoarthritis. I started my daily 10k steps over 2 and a half months ago, and I lose on average 1lb/week, but there are weeks where I didn't lose weight, and that's fine. I'm also on a calorie reduction. I started adding strength training to my routine, about 3 times a week, and then I discovered this 14-day workout and decided to do it to lose some belly fat. I lost almost 2 inches around my belly 2 weeks after I started my daily 10k steps, but since then, the number hasn't changed despite me losing weight nicely. Let's see if this workout series helps.
