    Finally the perfect yoga!! Guided but not too chatty, challenging, and all around pleasant. I have been searching for a practice like this for years. Thank you! ~~and you’re not a bad yogi for closing your eyes now and then. Good yogi. Good yogi! 😌

    Tim,
    I am so glad I have found your channel! The practices are restorative and create a good connection with mind and body.
    I was diagnosed with cancer in 2020, and am still going through treatment, just not as vigorous like in the beginning. I found yoga a year ago! What a change it has made in my life. I love to see what my body is capable of doing now. The 'ego' you have spoken about, gave me the opening I needed to not judge my practice.
    Your antics are a riot and Ollie is a treat when making an appearance!
    An immense thank you is needed so you know how far your practices have reached and also a blessing to me!

    This was just BRILLIANT! I have been following you for a long time but honestly this was one of the best classes you did. First, you were so calm and poised and it really made me focus. Second, the pace was just right and I liked the repetition of the poses. It was great to have many relaxing deep stretches at the end and then the choice of final resting pose.

    This was a seriously amazing practice--so much time spent on each pose that at one point, I thought maybe the video had frozen. Great length, no rush. Although I do now feel a sense of shame for closing my eyes as much as I do.

    Really nice flow. One criticism is that last lower back stretch. Feels too long- enough to hurt some people. Just that one thing tho- otherwise beautifully paced, easy enough full key stretch. Thanks xo

      Hi Rena, when we are fully warmed a healthy spine should work up to holding that stretch for a minute - no problem.     That felt great - really good stretching. I fell into the bad yogi category tonight, eyes closed, I was relaxed, it was a long day. Next time I will practice my 'yogi gaze'. Tim, a quick question - do you still teach in studios in Laguna Beach?     I was just crusing through the old videos, the ones that got stolen from you... Oh boy we age dont we? Plus your practice has evolved so much since then, your core control is totally different. Still I love the sequences there though. I wish you many more years of exploring and sharing with us!
