We love the 30 day challenges, especially so because they bring you through specific basic building blocks, you manage to get full body into each day, and they're 30 min. The more we do them, the more we get out of them. Maybe a 30 day that builds to a specific challenging pose? Also hoping CMC videos could be organized (or made searchable) by video length? That would be super helpful to find the video that matches that day's time allowance quickly.

Yo Tim! I’m commenting on this post because I’ve always gone back to this one for a good ol’ sweaty workout. I had Covid about a month ago now and it’s been so hard trying to get my strength back. I was only doing about 20 minute vinyasa flows every other day, but These past month episodes have really shown me how far I’ve come since I got back on the mat. I feel stronger than ever and feeling excited for the next strength building videos! 💪🏼

Would love a new challenge. Any day length but shorter classes are easier to stick to than the longer ones. 20-30mins is achievable even on busy days. Thanks Tim 👍

Long time viewer/doer, I took a long break owing to injury -- but your cues have been fantastic, especially regarding the lower back in some of your other videos, and I finally feel I know what good posture is! And what a difference it's made to my general ease of movement! Your videos are tough -- but beautiful. I have to take breaks but I can feel my body getting stronger and watching your calm and grace of movement is so inspiring! Thank you!
I would love to see more in this series. The variations you include in the poses engage and open up tight and sticky bits that a more traditional practice does not. Thanks for being creative and keeping it fresh!
Hi Tim! I love this class. I'm looking to strengthen with a varied practice where I get to do a bunch of different poses, and work on flexibility, so this is perfect. Yes please, more classes like this! Also, I love the evolution of the roof with the handrail appearing, and now tile. Beautiful!
