    Ok, Tim, I have always really loved your classes a lot, but these last few are getting way way better! So strong but still really mindful and just chock full of perfect cues. The guided shavasana is like dessert. Thank you so much. I would take any other classes like this several times over!

    We love the 30 day challenges, especially so because they bring you through specific basic building blocks, you manage to get full body into each day, and they're 30 min. The more we do them, the more we get out of them. Maybe a 30 day that builds to a specific challenging pose?
    Also hoping CMC videos could be organized (or made searchable) by video length? That would be super helpful to find the video that matches that day's time allowance quickly.

    Yo Tim! I’m commenting on this post because I’ve always gone back to this one for a good ol’ sweaty workout. I had Covid about a month ago now and it’s been so hard trying to get my strength back. I was only doing about 20 minute vinyasa flows every other day, but These past month episodes have really shown me how far I’ve come since I got back on the mat. I feel stronger than ever and feeling excited for the next strength building videos! 💪🏼

    Thank you Tim, as always very good guiding and with a warm and yet cooling voice. Sometimes I get a headache if I do too many days of strengthening yoga in a row, so my suggestion is a series of power mixed with flexibility for neck and upper body. Thanks again!

    Tim, loved this class and the whole channel! Something I would love is an intensity rating for each class to help select which video meets my goals for the day. The titles are helpful, but hard/medium/gentle or 0 - 10, etc. would be even better. And of course you do a great job offering various levels of poses throughout to help customize, anyway. Just a selfish suggestion :) Thanks for all you do for us!

    Hi Tim! I love this class. I'm looking to strengthen with a varied practice where I get to do a bunch of different poses, and work on flexibility, so this is perfect. Yes please, more classes like this! Also, I love the evolution of the roof with the handrail appearing, and now tile. Beautiful!

    Rediscovering your channel, Tim! Long time viewer/doer, I took a long break owing to injury -- but your cues have been fantastic, especially regarding the lower back in some of your other videos, and I finally feel I know what good posture is! And what a difference it's made to my general ease of movement! Your videos are tough -- but beautiful. I have to take breaks but I can feel my body getting stronger and watching your calm and grace of movement is so inspiring! Thank you!

    It was just exactly what I needed today. It’s fascinating all the poses help with my neck pain 😁. But listen to Tim for some poses are not healthy for neck problems!

    Hi Tim. That is one great class! It's been my go to yoga class during a demanding week. I especially appreciate the arm strengthening poses.
    They are challenging for me, but I know I need 'em. And the shavasana at the end - pure heaven.

    Thanks, Tim! Challenging class for me. The focus on upper body and outer hip strength always is. I need to focus more on those areas. Love the single-leg pigeon, but it's a challenge too, Namaste.

    This class had it all - I will be coming back to it regularly. Loved the dreamy shavasana. I'm up for any challenge you offer. I'm still trying to get chaturanga strength back post open heart surgery. Feeling much gratitude to be moving my body in this way again after 4 months off.

    Hey, Tim! Great class - again! Thank you for being so relaxed and chill, and at the same time getting us muscles and flexibility:-) At the end of your shavasanas, I always miss (just before you say "Bend your knees and put your feet on the ground"), that you say "Stretch your arms over head, and make yourself as long as you can". I urge for a total stretch before curling up:-) You probably have your reasons, but just wanted to say that:-) Everything else - love it!

    Hey Tim, I have just completed your Power Vinyasa Flow, first time I've practised after struggling with long Covid, and having trained as a Yoga Teacher, I am definitely not as flexible as I once was, but....hopefully with daily practise, guided by your kind self, I'll be able to build my strength and power once again. I feel calm, energised and detoxed this morning, all before 8:30 am (London time) Thank you :) Luke
