    I liked the slowness and also all the twisting in this practice. I have three requests for upcoming videos: 1) forward folds; 2) inversions; 3) more Ollie on camera!

    I love all the talk about length and energy and while body and big toes! I felt so calm and really could feel the whole body integration in the poses in a new way. I dig it. Keep it coming, Tim. Just by the by, when you include a little breathwork or meditation at the end of a video, then those of us who have trouble taking the time to do those things are super grateful that we already did them and all we had to do was not press pause. Thanks Tim!

      👍 That's not really the aim of DD but it's a great way to stretch the calves while in it if you want that to be the bias.

    This is surely the highest quality Yoga instruction out there. The connectivity of the mind, body and breath unites the entire practice. I have been doing Yoga for years but the realisation of its profound action and consequence has eluded me until recently. For this to occur you need an excellent instructor.

    Really looking forward to re-joining your classes when recovery from the open heart surgery I had three weeks ago is complete. Only nine more weeks to go!     I think it will take me a little longer to tune into my body in the ways that you so helpfully suggest; but what I think assists with that is *one* of your strengths as a teacher - the pacing of the movements.     EXCELLENT I have been unable to do yoga for a while due to arthritis issues but now am on medication and can practise once more - I can't tell you much I have missed what was an almost daily event

    This was so incredibly amazing. I loved Ollie, the wind chimes and all of the movements. Worth every shake and drop of sweat. Thank you.
    UPDATE: This is my all-time favorite #yogawithtim 30 minute "go-to" yoga class by far.
    I've done it five times now and it gets better and better as I am able to anticipate where I'm at and where I'm going.
    The twisting is oh so good, and the arm work is perfectly brutal. 🙏
