🎯Tips for performing sprint drills properly
✅Focus on the leg grab going below you, not on kicking your leg forward (the leg will stretch automatically as you do the movement).
✅Mind your posture. Keep your body straight; do not
✅bend forward or backward.
✅Avoid rotating your body, focus your motions on the direction you are moving in.
✅Find your own rhythm, while coordinating your arms and legs.
✅Do not forget to move your arms. Swing the arm opposite the raised leg.

I wonder if you can increase your running cadence by working on increasing your a-skip speed. For example aiming for doing 90 a-skips per leg in 1 minute (I don't know if that is even possible), making the cadence 180 skips per minute. My running cadence is very very bad (140 steps per minute)
