Very helpful. Thank you for the breakdown. I am wondering why you had to walk back each time to do the drill left to right instead of doing the drills in both directions. Is there a reason to walk in between each set?

I like to have a small break with easy movement between the drills - you can walk or jog lightly.

Just walk through them first and increase speed as able.
I have never been able to kick the butt with my heels. Thanks.
Keep trying. Work on stretching your quad for more knee flexibility
