@@lyfestyleathletics I very much did! I am watching many of your videos with my 13 year old daughter who has grown a love for track and field. She inspired me at age 41 to drop about 80lbs so I could engage with her and be hands on. I hit 13 seconds in 100 and 1 minutes 5 seconds in 400 recently. Doesn't seem like much but it fills my heart to do these things I haven't done since my early twenties. Ty for being part of this journey.

AS A COACH I'VE ALWAYS TAUGHT THE HURDLE DRILL AS A C SKIP. I HAVE A SENIOR ATHLETE WHO DOES A C-SKIP IN THE HURDLE FORM.
THIS C-SKIP ALMOST LOOKS LIKE A BUTT KICK ONLY FASTER. I ALSO SEE A LOT OF ATHLETES DO C-SKIPS AS THIS HURDLE DRILL AT TRACK MEETS.
