Just made this with some of my cherry tomatoes and herbs from garden. I also grated some parm cheese over it and it came out amazing! Thanks for the recipe!
WOW! I WILL be making this focaccia TOMORROW! I was going to make your regular rustic round loaf, but this sounds delicious. Perfect timing for the chilly weather. THANKS AGAIN!
I’m going make this tomorrow morning God willing. I’ve made the large artisan loaf of yours over and over again and others are now making it. It’s wonderful! Thank you!
I'm a bit surprised by the ration of water to flour, in grams. That's a hydration rate of 102%! (312g flour to 320ml of water). Pancakes have a lower hydration rate than this :') Are the measurements correct in the description? The dough in your video looks closer to 80%.
Thanks for your feedback! The measurements in the description should be mostly accurate, but I typically use cups and milliliters when baking bread (I know, I know-just a habit!). I usually go by the look and feel of the dough when shaping it, so apologies if that caused any confusion. I’ve included the conversions for those who prefer using grams. Appreciate the feedback and hope that clears things up!
@@JustCookSomething Thank you! I was surprised by the numbers before trying, but tbf, I followed your recipe exactly, and the result was excellent! Very airy high-hydration. Thanks again!
I'm trying this but my dough looks much more wet at the first mix than yours. I followed the measurements to a T, but not sure why. Maybe the humidity? I live in Hawaii. 🤷♀
Thanks for trying the recipe! Dough consistency can definitely vary based on factors like humidity, flour type and altitude. If you're finding your dough too wet, you can try adding a little extra flour, a tablespoon at a time, until it reaches the desired consistency. Keep me know how it turns out!
@@JustCookSomethingMmmm...I think I over worked the dough as it was kinda flat. But because the recipe is so simple, I am definitely going to try again!
Nice video ❤

Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you Chef!🎉

Hey man, could you make an instant pot stew recipe. I’d really love to see your version.
Yes I can! Thank you for the request 🙂
I have made this a few times!! It's so good!! But how do you stop the bread from sticking to the pan?
Are you using a non-stick pan? Try adding olive oil in the pan before placing the dough inside it. Hope that helps. Keep me posted 🙂
@@JustCookSomething yes the first time I made it I used a glass dish with a little bit of olive oil in the bottom of the pan!! Thank you!!

@@JustCookSomething OK! Yes, I did add more flour and I'm waiting for the final rise before going in the oven. 😬🤞
