P*rn Execs Should be in Prison & protecting children from porn with Arden Young & Benji Nolot

  • Arden Young, is an undercover investigative journalist from Sound Investigations. Her undercover work exposes PornHub executives admitting that they knowingly profit off of the sexual exploitation of minors AND that they knowingly allow content of rape and sexual abuse content on their site because of an ID loophole.
    Benjamin Nolot is the CEO and founder of Exodus Cry, a non profit that fights sex trafficking, and all forms of commercial sexual exploitation. He is committed to shifting cultural mindsets and laws that protect children from porn exposure and abolishes commercial sexual exploitation. He has been a featured speaker at the United Nations and is an award-winning filmmaker. Benjamin’s book Raised on Porn is a must read.
    *DISCLAIMER: please consider your mental state before consuming, as we talk about graphic and abusive content related to the porn industry.*
    In this conversation they expose the heart of today’s destructive porn industry, the human trafficking and sexual abuse content inevitably intertwined within it, and how porn is currently shaping an entire generation of young people.
    We cover the addictive nature of porn and how it is affecting our relationships in real life, what’s different about porn today versus when our grandparents were young, how children younger and younger are first getting access to porn, why PornHub execs should be in prison, and so much more.
    This was an INTENSE episode, and I hope you choose to listen to this important conversation for the overall NEED of awareness in this dire situation.

      @zoesmith5803 we've been together since we were 18 and we're now 27 so the attachment was apart of that, the worst part is I caught him doing it the day after our wedding, lots of crying, fighting, everything you can imagine. We got extremely sick and lost a lot of weight from the stress of it, he hated himself to the point of suicide. but since he didn't cheat in person I was able to get through it, if he cheated in person I would have left, I admit the trust is completely gone though

    I went back to my nanny family one summer (2 boys, single mom) and the mom was like “he discovered content on the iPad so I just let him do his thing for a few hours in his room” insinuating her 11 year old son was watching porn. I looked at her like she was insane and told her that was disturbing she’d allow it and said it was very harmful to him. I never babysat or talked to the family again. Literally disgusting. 🤮

      Do not think for one moment that this is just a guy thing. My partner worked with a bunch of young men in their 20s who told them that young women are porn-addicted too! And acting it out online to boot! The sick thing is that this fake neo-feminism tells them to own their sexuality when all they're really doing is objectifying themselves. 🤦‍♀️ Porn is dark energy.

They are not regulated anywhere near enough. There are paid for sites that only produce their own videos and have many safety measures in place. Sites like hub do not care enough to do anything. My question comes from hearing "regular sex" as only vaginal intercorse. Is same sex intercourse or even oral seen as deviant in this conversation? If so, I feel Ellen may not be who I thought.

    Just so important, yet this is not talked about in most circles. I am a long term Christian female, and yes there are men's groups at church. But until there is a Safe place made at church and elsewhere to admit they are in this. It won't stop. Who is going to admit this to a Pastor and face the fear of judgement? Yes there very aware Pastors out there, but there needs to be tables of men around tables with one subject, porn. Got to rip it open. Obviously there is men out of church who are in this all the time. How can they be reached? Where is the safe places to ADMIT it without fear?? I saw a Pastor once who was vulnerable and admitted in his sunday preach to porn in his younger days. He invited anyone up at the end for prayer, most of the men went up to the front. Someone has to open the door.

    • @charcW8850
      @charcW8850 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I totally agree! I know churches have programs like this but most people don’t go. My husband and I run a free addiction recovery class every week and hardly anyone comes, those who do are helped a lot though. It’s the stigma. We need to start talking about the problem like it’s a normal thing that most people struggle with (because it is) it’s got to be less taboo. It’s so destructive and so prevalent and yet especially religious men (and women) don’t want to admit they struggle.

    I'm afraid because the main group negatively affected is young men, and MANY ideologically-flawed adult women can make money from it, we've got A LONG WAY to go before we start tackling this issue seriously, even as young women get caught up in dehumanization/abuse. I think in cases like this we find it far too easy to say "well young men just need to control themselves" not realizing that these are literally children. And many people justify more and more deviant acts as "exploration", when in reality they are just trying to continue making money from adult content & content creation. It's a really scary time for kids.

    I'm a feminist and VERY much opposed to pornography. But I'm also a married lesbian and the tone of this conversation felt very homophobic (and transphobic) to me. I agree that gender ideology is out of control and harmful to children, but using trans actors or lesbian scenes should not be an argument for why porn is harmful. Porn is harmful to children regardless of what is depicted, AND some people in this world are going to be gay or trans. Making LGBT people feel like the enemy does not advance your cause whatsoever. It makes people less likely to listen to your valid arguments.

    • @moshiachgirlie
      @moshiachgirlie 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @fnffnchfhc154 I don't see how anyone is trying to convert people's sexuality. 1) that is literally not possible. Gay conversion therapy is an objective failure [if it wasn't do you think I'd be gay?] 2) implying that one sexuality is "bad" or that being attracted to trans people is "bad", is necessarily prejudiced against gay and trans people. And again, I think the trans agenda is way overblown and children should NOT transition, and that most "trans" people are really gay and being forced into a different gender because they are gender nonconforming. So homophobia is exacerbating the trans issue, not alleviating it.

    I’m a professional Porn actor Alex Charger and I dont agree with these guest. When will you hold the people watching porn responsible? Its like blaming McDonalds because you’re fat.. People should be able to watch whatever they want as long its not illegal and have minors.
    Parents are responsible for their kids content
    I have more to say

      I agree and disagree, parents should monitor, but no parent can be around their child at all times. Porn is literally everywhere from soft to hard porn. We live in a society now where being reserved or modest is not promoted, but sex and nakedness is celebrated and tends to get more likes. Technology is now an everyday essential tool for the most part and you can limit your use, but you will probably be exposed in some form or fashion. The media promotes it so much. But as a person you definitely should seek ways to limited that exposure. We must take accountability too. But addictions come in many forms and porn is one of those and sadly they are not banning it limiting its reach various age groups.

      I disagree, and your reasoning lacks some critical thinking skills. If McDonald’s was poisoning their food and spiking it with stuff that makes people addicted and fat, yes they should be regulated. If the fast food industry is starting to harm and poison society as a whole, then they should be REGULATED AND RESTRICTED to restore society to be healthy again. Yes people should be allowed eat and watch what they want, but you can’t seriously blame everything on consumers rather than the big powers in control of everything. Is it the people’s fault when doctors and society recommended cigarettes for all sorts of health benefits back then? Is it really the people’s fault and responsibility to know the fact and truth at all times when marketing, brainwashing, lobbying, and everything is against them? Instead of holding the people watching porn accountable, we need to hold the sick twisted wicked people pushing this agenda and profiting off this accountable. The porn industry is extremely exploitative and it is poisoning this society, starting with young minds that they brainwash from the tender age of 11 year olds. Wake tf up

      I get where you are coming from. That being said, it's important that these sites prevent minors from viewing this type of content.

      McDonald's is responsible for making people fat. We are responsible for our food choices, but McDonald's is also responsible for offering options that will literally shorten people's lives. Both parties are responsible and it is the same for the porn industry.
