Happy new year to everyone! I'm so glad to be back after taking a short break over the holidays. I hope you're all having a wonderful start to the new year. We are back to our regular schedule of posting a new video every week, happy quilting! :)
Happy New Year to you too Donna, missed you. So happy that you are back. Loved this quilt, very elegant. Looks like an occasion quilt. Thank you for this tutorial 💕
I want to give a shout out to the person behind the camera. I think you mentioned once it was your son. His recordings are expertly delivered. They are so smooth, flowing from different angles. It is better than being there in person. He seems to know exactly when to take a close up and when to pan out. He is the perfect compliment to your beautiful work. Without his expertise it would be impossible to follow your process. Please let him know we all appreciate his work.
Hear, hear! I was thinking the same thing. I love the tutorials and Donna is a great teacher, but the videography and editing has gotten so good over the years and I really hope the one doing this work knows how much their hard work and craftsmanship is appreciated as well. I'd love to even see a "behind the scenes" video or stills of the one behind the camera and working the editing suite as a special thank you for the consistently awesome video work! Kudos! ❤
I missed your videos so much. I love that you really take the time to teach quilting patterns and skills and are not using your videos to “sell” things. Of course, doing the videos increased your shop sales - and for good reason, but you aren’t pushing products on us. I watch every one of your videos and I always watch the whole thing. Thank you for taking the time to teach us!
I made two of these quilts after watching you. They come beautiful. When I purchased the pattern I was shocked how different this look. Fabric choice made all difference.
I love the smaller quilt's bold colors, because they look like batiks ( on my screen) and I also like the scrappy quilt because it looks so "welcoming" basically inviting the owner to curl up with it and just relax. And who doesn't need to relax some these days? So, decisions decisions... Okay the larger one wins! Scrappy quilts rock! Thanks for the great tutorial. I am a new quilter, and am ready to cut and sew my first quilt. Thanks for the inspiration!
Good morning Donna and all the "Jordan Fabric" family , This is a beauty Donna, so stunning in the blues and ice colourway and i love how you have accented so that it blends in but frames the individual blocks making a trellis look. The quilt has a dutch delft ware look in colour, but the fabrics are beautiful each and every one of them. I think this pattern was just made for this beautiful quilt and i have or would make my room just to fit it. I'm glad to see you back and it was only a wee break that you were having for the holidays as your wisdom and calming voice has been missed. Have a great week flower and sending crafty hugs to all the "Jordan" family whether workers or actual family. Norah, Glenochil Village, Scotland
I am so glad you had a much needed rest but I missed you. You have become part of my family in these crazy times. So glad you are back. I look forward to each new video. Thank you.
What a new beautiful quilt you made and the exciting other quilt is great too! Your teaching is so interesting with watching and following your progress! Watching makes it looks beautiful anytime! Thank you, Dina’s and Matt!
Donna , Wow! I absolutely love this quilt and the fabric that you used to make it! You make it look so easy to make but I know just looking at a pattern I get intimidated so I will have to watch your video again and after I’ve cut my fabric and then take it from there thank you so very much for all the hard work you do and making your videos and teaching us new patterns.
Loli don’t know what fascinates me more your beautiful quilts or your beautiful fingernails. They are both Awesome all the time ! 💕 blessings and Thank you for your wonderful tutorials. Love watching them.
Thank you for taking the hesitation away from attempting what looks like a complex Quilt. Always enjoy watching, learning. Best Wishes from South Australia 🇦🇺
Oh Donna..... yes to your talent and teaching. My sweet cousin Connie was a quilter and we would so enjoy viewing your lessons together on her large TV. Connie is in heaven now and I thank you for our memories. To honor her love of quilting, I made 8 Christmas quilts with her stash to present to her family... I made one for myself to celebrate Connie!
Love this! And I love the fabric colors. I so enjoy watching your videos. Very inspiring. I am becoming an over-confident quilt sewer. Never in a million years did I think I'd ever attempt to sew a quilt. Thank you for the great instructions and inspiration!
I love this quilt! Your choice of colors are fabulous. I do like the smaller quilting on this quilt. I kept checking back to see if you were on here. Missed you! This video was worth the wait!
I love this quilt. Hope it will be a give away someday and I win. It would match my room perfectly. And what a blessing it would be to snuggle under your beautiful craft.
Thank you so much for making these videos! I have learned so much. Finger pressing and the importance of pressing have been so helpful to me as a new quilter.
I watch one of your videos every day. Fortunately, you have a ton of videos! Even so, love to see you in a new one any time you want to do them! This is a beautiful quilt, masterfully done and explained! Thank you!!
I was so happy to see you returned. I was getting very worried about you and your family. Much happiness to you and your family for 2022. Marilyn Anthony
Donna, I love all of your tutorials - they are always so informative. You have a special talent for making what appears to be complicated look so easy. I also enjoy watching you work with Cozy Quilts designs - they are really great patterns to work with. But I have to say, the star of this video is your nails!
Welcome back Jordan family and team. May 2022 bring your joy and let’s hope that the Covid will disappear. This is a beautiful quilt. The choice of colours/fabrics is outstanding. Well done Donna! Thank you for sharing . I would like to see how you would make a “Card Trick “ quilt.
Happy New Year Donna. This quilt is absolutely gorgeous. The colours would make it a great one for my daughter, she has a new home to move into when we’ve finished decorating. Her bedroom is dark blue and white, this would just be beautiful in there. Thanks for the tutorials Donna, I love the anticipation of waiting for your next one 🥰😀
Donna i just love this meditation quilt and your colour choice. Thank you so much for your very clear teaching technique its really appreciated. Your methodical way of joining up is a valuable lesson as is the finger pressing. You’re absolutely great and I love your nail polish. 🙋
Hi Donna, it is so good to see you back teaching us how to make another quilt. This pattern is beautiful as well as the colors picked. Wish you good luck with your business and looking forward to new videos.
Happy 2022! Missed you Donna! I kept looking to see if you made a new video..... and finally you did! I am glad you did have some well deserved time off. The blue fabric quilt is lovely.

Good evening from Idaho! Thanks for another amazing tutorial. I have learned a lot from them. Blessings upon your family, and look forward to watching more tutorials 🙃
I am such a newbie when it comes to quilting but I have been watching your videos for quite some time, I just love watching them all and learning everything I can before I start to make my very first quilt. The only thing would be to decide which one to make
Donna, I just found you and have watched a few videos. One thing I appreciate is you emphasizing ironing. When I was taught to quilt I was told ironing can make the biggest difference in your quilt. Some people just finger press. Sometimes it is the little things that drive us nuts. lol I am learning a lot from you. Thank you and keep teaching!
I absolutely love watching your videos. You make it so easy to understand. I love how you demonstrate which way the piece should be pressed. It really does make a world of difference in the finished piece. I wanted to say that I always look to see what your nails look like. They are fabulous!!! Very professional looking with color! Thank you for all you and family do for us :)
Glad to see you back Donna. Wishing everyone at Jordan's Fabrics A Blessed 2022. I don't usually like quilts with so much background fabric. This, however, is a nice quilt.
Hi Donna. I'm just re-watching this particular pattern. I've seen it when it first came out and I am so 23:19 happen to have quite a good collection of what I call architectural fabrics. My husband is a carpenter so I've been collecting them for quite a few years now , without any idea of what to see with them. This is the perfect pattern to use with those beautiful textural fabrics! They just remind me of gorgeous buildings, trim and styles of architectural styles. Thanks so much Donna from Maine. I am referring to the quilt you were showing for the give away quilt.
Happy new year to everyone! I'm so glad to be back after taking a short break over the holidays. I hope you're all having a wonderful start to the new year. We are back to our regular schedule of posting a new video every week, happy quilting! :)

I am so glad you are back in the quilting world. Thank you for doing your tutorials. I so enjoy them all
The videos are excellent. Chosing to keep the sounds of the sewing machine and cutting are soothing vs. adding music. Great job!
Going to rewatch the video. I was transfixed on your hands and missed half of the video. Love the nails. Oh loved the quilt too.
Glad to see you back Donna. Wishing everyone at Jordan's Fabrics A Blessed 2022. I don't usually like quilts
