- Testing out the low light capabililties on auto around the city in Barcelona, Spain. Also testing the EIS options: RockSteady 3.0, RockSteady 3.0+, Horizon Balance, Horizon Steady and the EIS in Low Light Priority function.

Looking good! I got mine up and running and I'm really loving it. I love you can hit the button on top from the camera being off and start recording! A little tip, I've discovered that the mics with the usb-c connection like comes with a new samsung phone etc are the best. For me the adapters made it distorted and scratchy. I've found I run about -9 on the gain for the mic at hwy speeds and it sounds the best. Can turn it up or down in post production. Glad it's doing good so far for you. Low light looks a million times better than Gopro! Cheers!
Thanks! How did u get a usb C mic to work. I had one but it wouldn't recognise it at all so I had to go the 3.5mm jack with adapter route with the DJI mic adaptor cube. Or maybe have u plugged the usb C into the port in the wee cube adaptor that plugs into the camera, didn't think to try that. Very curious as to how u got it to work. I did a whole video on the gain level testing I'll put out soon. I ended up with -11 with a dead cat but I feel it's still not perfect at speed and wind noise reduction was silencing the bike too much before I added the dead cat. I totally agree that it kicks GoPro's ass on the low light!! I'm very happy with my purchase and enjoying playing around with the settings, if not a tad impatient to get them sorted 😂 how long have u had yours?
Interesting shots, to see you experimenting. My old Hero 3+ is such a dinosaur compared to your new equipment. I look forward to more.
I had the Hero 4 Black before I got the Hero 7 Black, which I've hardly used but it will be useful for other shots on the bike. I'm skint now 😂😂😂
