Dude your channel ticks all the boxes! Great cooking ideas and also quality entertainment! You are hysterical without even knowing it. Don’t ever change. Greg in London
Omg I’ve literally just found your channel and I’m obsessed already you are hilarious and fantastic to watch and now can’t wait to give your cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy and more cheese potato bake 👍👍🙂🙂
Looks Delicious. You can never have too much cheese, unless your lactose intolerant. The difference between Camembert and Brie Cheese is that cream is added during the making of Brie, and not added to Camembert.
I made this incredibly delicious dish but I tweaked mine a bit. I used mozzarella, colby, pepper jack and I added fresh slices of jalapeños. It was spicy, super cheesy and delicious ! 😁
Try cutting bree into wedges then into flour, egg, sesame seeds cinnamon sugar. twice dipped then deep fry till Golden brown. Delicious 😋 add salt to taste.
hey greg, i heard you like cheese! why not try one of our swiss national dishes, called "Älplermagronen"? I'm sure you'd love it! (just add more garlic and extra butter :D) ingredients for 2 servings: 1 onions 1 garlic cloves 200 g potatoes 75 g bacon cubes 2.5 dl vegetable stock 1 dl half cream 125 g pasta (for example macaronis) 30 g grated Gruyère (I use 100g personally :) ) 0.25 tsp salt pepper to taste steps: Cut onions into rings, garlic into slices, potatoes into cubes. Fry the bacon, onions and garlic in a coated frying pan until golden brown, remove and set aside. Bring stock and cream to boil, add potatoes and pasta, cover and cook at low heat for approx. 10 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Mix the cheese into it once absorbed. to top it off, add bacon and onion mixture previously set aside and spread on top. let me know if you tried (and liked) it :)
Cheese, butter, cream... the food of the Gods. And bacon! Or in this case, ham! Any kind of pork, really I make a version of this dish, but I don't have my grammys baking tray. I bet yours is better because of that! Adore you, luv.
Both Brie and Camembert are cow's milk cheeses, though one has a higher fat content. Cream is added to Brie (though not to Camembert), giving it a higher milk fat content, and a creamier texture! 😁
Well, Greg... this was very good. Almost exactly the way I make it here in Texas. ...except... I sprinkle heavily salted and cracked pepper flour on each layer (it makes a sauce/gravy...) Additionally, I hit it with a good amount of cracked pepper on the top. I always dig the custom parting music, sweet!
That looks great Greg - really yummy. The only thing I would have done is pop some tin foil on top to stop that ham burning. Otherwise another fab meal there mate. Looks like it was really tasty. A great meal for the winter. Perhaps you could do a series of Winter Warmers as we gte into these colder months (well colder in the UK anyway!). Corned beef hash and suchlike. Anyway, top video! PS - loving the fish and chip reviews as well. I get soooo hungry watching them!
GregO, here's how we make our. We boil the potatoes in the meantime we get chunks of bitter then melt it in a pot then add flour and make it thick then add a litre of milk and you keep stirring it until it's almost thick you add nutmeg and slat and pepper. Once the potatoes are done you layer the potatoes and just drizzle is with the thick sauce and do multiple layers then sprinkle with cheese and over cook until brown
I'm waiting for a creamy garlic potato bake. Thin sliced potatoes, onion, carrot (1 slice on each potato) 8-10 garlic cloves sprinkled over potato, every layer, microwave cream with a dash of milk and pour over each layer. Finish with cheese on top 😋😏😛
Hey Greg - peel that transparent layer off your microwave buttons while you still can. Leave it too long and it’ll get stuck fast👍 Great vid me ol mate btw👌
Greg I was cooking last week and had to go to the accident and emergency department as I got some herbs in my eye the Dr said I was parsley blind
Love that joke. Really funny. I'm going to recycle that and see what feedback I get. Thanks.
Oh no!
