I just found your video and man am I glad I did.... I am going to give this a go... love mediterranian food... just love your humour to go along with how easy you show it is. I have subscribed great to see Aussies making awesome videos
You absolutely make the best videos that are not yet being rewarded. And this was one of you tightest yet. And I wish that I could get one of those risers.
Great to see the channels blowing up mate well deserved. Ga is on the shopping list can't beat the chargrilled flavour. Keep up the good work champion.
Thanks so much for this recipe with full list of ingredients 👍🏽 I cooked it today & they came out perfect😍 The sauce, too💖 Made some super easy tumeric&garlic jasmine rice on the side. So grateful for leftovers 😂 I will definitely be making this again❣️
Schuey wow those lamb koftas look damn delicious. Love your attitude and sense of humour. 2 beer cook at least!! Love the videos mate. Richard other side of the Country in Perth WA!!
Hey Richie Rich OldSchool SCI-FI FAN, thanks a lot mate. They do have a lot of flavour in them and easily a 2 beer cook. Mate I need to get my self over that side of the country and have a look 🍻
Thanks Eyman Ahmed, very much appreciated. I love using Gidgee lump charcoal but for accessibility I tend to pop down to Bunnings and grab heat Beads lump to get me out of grief, especially during lock downs, 🍻
Hi Kvulcan, I actually test them for reviews and have them sent to me. If you are in Australia, look up The Que Club online and that is where I use to buy mine from. I do prefer the Thermopens as the quality is the best and they are accurate. 🍻
Hey Andy Christides, cheers for that mate. Sorry, if I don't mention it it is the hot one. Not that you would know that, I'll fix the recipe in the description as well, cheers mate 🍻
Ugh, Vegemite. Never took a liking to it when I spent a year over on your island, many moons ago. Daughter & I just love homemade Tzatziki! I’ll show her this video & am sure she’ll want me to make your delicious looking kofta. As always, keep up the grate work.

Lovely old job, cheers Schuey
Thanks Steve P 🍻
Love your work mate, entertaining and informative. Tell me please - what charcoal do you use for your grills?
Thanks Eyman Ahmed, very much appreciated. I love using Gidgee lump charcoal but for accessibility I tend to pop down to Bunnings and grab heat Beads lump to get me out of grief, especially during lock downs, 🍻
@@SchueysBBQ Do you use lump for low and slow too? (as in like a brisket)
do you mind if i ask, where did you get your instant read thermometer?
Hi Kvulcan, I actually test them for reviews and have them sent to me. If you are in Australia, look up The Que Club online and that is where I use to buy mine from. I do prefer the Thermopens as the quality is the best and they are accurate. 🍻
Very nice. Any chance of a two beer video?
Thanks Gazzidge BBQ's, to be honest every cook is at least a 2 beer cook in my eyes 🍻
They look yummy.
Thank you @Cheriethegardener, I appreciate you saying this.
What I would love to see is you make some of those Devon bites I keep hearing about
I'll look into them. I personally haven't seen them.
@@SchueysBBQ thanks mate really loving the videos though definitely has helped my smoking game
Great recipe, but which Paprika did you use, sweet, hot or spicy?
Hey Andy Christides, cheers for that mate. Sorry, if I don't mention it it is the hot one. Not that you would know that, I'll fix the recipe in the description as well, cheers mate 🍻
So good. I have found that when I turn the kofta that the skewer spins around inside the meat which is so frustrating.
Thanks Bryce McKeown. I found it can be a balancing act at times. The longer they stay in the fridge the better they grip the skewer 🍻
@@SchueysBBQ where'd you get your skewers from mate?
Ugh, Vegemite. Never took a liking to it when I spent a year over on your island, many moons ago. Daughter & I just love homemade Tzatziki! I’ll show her this video & am sure she’ll want me to make your delicious looking kofta. As always, keep up the grate work.
Hey Mr bbqlvr, cheers mate. Yeah Vegemite is definitely an acquired taste mate 🍻
Lamb, vegemite and beer sounds great lol
Thanks Cullen Jay, best i make it then 🍻
What crumbs?
Sounds like a 4 beer cook to me, maybe 3...... who am I kidding? It's definitely a 4 beer cook!!!!
I may agree with you as well @davidcornell6422 🍻

Guy talks too much
Cinamon and cardamon are used 4 cookies boss!!! You make cookies or kebab?
These two spices are used heavily in cooking @DjStorm-zy7ow
Great vid Schuey,
..Another vote for the Aussie Kofta👍
You gotta wear stubbies and a “Jackie Howe” though.
Ha Ha Benny, it looks like the Aussie Kofta may become a reality 🍻
