- Todays video is all about cutting a flare, whether it is 180,360,720 or 1440.
It is the same technique to cut all flare the only difference is how much material you need for the type of flare you want to cut.
The same principle in the video applies to whether you are cutting a peplum,a skirt or a sleeve.
You need to know the circumference of the flare you need to cut and divide by 4. This is because your fabric is also folded in 4.
How much fabric you need depends on the length of flare and the type of flare you want to cut.

i love your teaching sweet woman
Awww you are lovely, thank you😇
Sorry please, why are we adding 6.8 to the main measurement
To get the waist circumference Depending on the size you want to cut
Pls what's the difference between the three flare and how do we use them
The 180 or the triangular flare is not very full. The 360 also called the full circle flare is full. Then the 720 is more full and finally the 1440 which is 4 times the fullness of the 360° flare is super full. You can use them interchangeably depending on the look you are going for. I hope this helps
@@stylewithOma thanks ma'am
thanks alot for the explanation ma please how can I reduce the down for peplum 360 the is too big or full
If you don’t want it full then cut a 180 degree flare . If you have already cut the 360 then trim from the side systematically taking proportionate part from the top and bottom
thanks alot ma I really appreciate your concern I have already sew the top but the owner complain that the peplum is too big her warst is 43 I divided it by 6
please ma should I lose it before triming it or I should hold the both side before triming it
You divide by 4 not 6 ,and yes you can take it off and trim both sides . You should fold into 2 , divide her waist measurements into 2 as well and cut off the some inches from the bottom if the waist is ok
thanks ma you are the best in explanation
Explicit
Thank you!
Please ma where is the best place to measure blouse half length..is it under bust measurement plus 3inches or two inches before the navel
It depends on where works for an individual, I prefer you stand in front of a mirror and visualise the best length for you. No 1 formula works for everyone.
Tnx ma’am plz how do I add you up on WhatsApp or IG I will love to join ur online class that is if you do
