How to cut and stitch a three step full circle flare skirt

How to cut and sew a perfect 3 tier full circle skirt ‪@stylewithOma‬
Welcome to my channel!
To sew a 3 steps full circle skirt you will need 3 yards of Ankara or African print fabric, 1 meter lining, 1 meter 3 inches wide elastic band, a pair of scissors , a piece of chalk and a tape measure.
You need to fold each yard into 4 to cut the flare. You can watch my earlier video on how to cut a full circle flare.
You need to have your skirt length and hip measurements.
I made a one size fit skirt so I use a size 18 hip measurement for my skirt waist .
