    Thanks so much for the explanation, uv simplified it enough for better understanding but my question is on the 270 degree peplum,is it a must to cut the 90degree n thereafter join back and wen I want to join ,do I need to cut the 90degree into two so the joining will be on both side of the 180 degree? Kindly clarify pls

    Pls my issue is my fabric is by 60.. .the waist is 34. Plus zip allowance. And length is 18. All I got was 7.21 as my radius. So 7.21 plus the length

      Once you get your radius, add your desired length to it and fold as described.

      You are actually going to fold 2 times but it must result into 3 squares.
