    Its not good for beginners if u will work out this much next day good luck.. should start from 10 min workout n increase it each day BTW nice and inspiring video sis thank u so much

    All ur vdeos are good and informative..👏👏I have one suggestion madam....if u upload ur workout vdeos with timer it will be more effective..even if duration will be more it will be very usefull...becoz we can do all exercises with u while watching itself...

    I love your channel as you focus on exerercises. Yes exercising is very important for pcod.. Only changing diet doesn't help.. If someone says eat this n u can reduce pcod n thyroid then they are lying..

    Dii how many days we can get results and by this exercises we can lose thigh and butt fat but dear dii plzz upload workout on lower body plzz dii it will very helpful for me and dii by jumping 20 min it helps to lose weight and we can lose all body fat like waist belly butt thighs
