Consume healthy food and also there are many food good for pcos which balance your hormones(Shatavari) , exercise regularly ..
Exercise is must ..sedentary lifestyle is the biggest reason for pcos...

How long did your period go absent? I really need to have my period back without medications. I took fish oil and vitamin D supplements and do daily light workout but my period still hasn't come and it has been 6 months!

I have PCOS and worked really hard to lose weight and kept it off for years with consistent diet and basic aerobics, but when I started going through early menopause last year I gained 20 lbs of it back despite my best efforts. You're workouts are helping me lose that menopausal belly fat. I have pcos and I haven't had a period in about four months until today. I started this workout 3 days ago and already it has helped me!! I came off the pill about 8 months ago and my body is still adjusting, my mom has been pressuring me to get it checked up by the doctor but I'm worried that they'll prescribe me another pill, which I don't want. I want to help heal my body naturally and "heal" my pcos. This workout will become a daily workout for me!!
I don't have PCOS or menopause, but loved this workout!! Last time I did that seated workout, I couldn't do it with my legs lifted. This time it was easy peasy! Thanks Lucy!!!
I did some exercises during lockdown earlier in the year but I never stuck to them. For the last 17 days I have had the motivation of just doing it for myself. No excuses. I have committed to 30 minute power walks and eating healthy. Giving myself a strong mindset. Today I’ve started with your workout again for my first home workout. @G W P I did my own diet plan that suited me... Eat only home-cooked food as far as possible... Like Lucy suggested in her video, I stopped having cookies and biscuits too... Hope this helps :-)

I rarely comment on TH-cam videos but I wanted to share my experience. I got my last period in December and missed jan due to pcos... did this exercise for 2 days in a row in the morning, and I got my period today! I feel really thankful, though I am not sure if this is what caused my period or they were naturally induced... I will keep doing it after my periods and i will update how it goes!
ps- I was diagnosed with pcod 3-4 years back when I was just 13-14, and since that some times I didn't get my periods for 6-7 months. But I changed my diet to eating healthy ( I didn't eat much junk food to begin with so it was easy). it's not that I eat only veggies but eat mostly homemade food with eating cookies here and there!

Actually I am not obese,I dont have any weight related issues.
Doing this exercise surely returned my periods but idk for what reason I got acne problem on my chin which is most probably caused by hormonal changes in your body,before that i never had acne also

I lost 30 pounds a couple years ago from doing workouts supplements and trying to eat right I suffered from pcos. I also struggled with anorexia and body image issues in my teen years, I go home on vacation to visit my family after many years of not seeing them and they say insulting things about my looks and weight and made assumptions that I was eating a lot of junk. I literally cried and wanted to leave. It was frustrating and it made me want to give up, what’s the point in working hard if no one even sees your changes/improvement. I slightly reverted to my old ways , where I would starve or fast for weeks then binge on junk food..until I gained all the weight back and more.
Today I’ve realized that I’m only doing this for myself not to impress anyone. Menstrual cycles are out of control and I’m really scared for my health. Thanks for this video I’ll try to do this everyday.
It must be hard for you but do not worry! You've got this! You've realised that you have to do this for yourself and not others, that is the first step towards success. Keep going!
As of February 21st 2022, I have decided to try and lose weight now that I'm getting help with PCOS and trying to get myself together. I just finished the work out and I feel like I got my ass kicked but in the best way possible! I can't wait to see my progress with the more I do these exercises. I've changed a bit of my diet as well, strictly sticking with water only and cutting my portions. I feel great and doing these exercises are simple yet intense for me. I'll let you know though in a few weeks when I have a weigh in with my doctor!😊

Even I had that problem. I refused to exercise in front of anyone cuz I felt anxious and embarrassed. But I realized that I’m doing it for me. So try and go ahead and do it to make yourself feel better. Doesn’t matter what others think. 😘

It works wonders I've had irregular periods since the beginning even missed them for months but this helped me so damn much it made my periods regular. I do it 3 to 4 times a week and my periods are regular without having to take any kinda hormonal medication. Reducing sugar intake also really helps. @@yssarabe5568 yes, please continue. I too have pcos. Usually this exercise works for me in 5 to 7 days whenever my menstrual cycle lags..but this time it took only 2 days and had a heavy flow (normally less flow).

I am full of so many emotions right now because I have been struggling to get my periods since 6 months and could not summon them naturally without pills. I was approaching my date this month with no sign of a period and I decided to do this workout. I did it 3 days with a break between day 2 and day 3. I used her other PCOS video also on day 2, and I got my period on the 5th day since I started.
I have used this exercise previously as well to bring my periods and it has always worked. I have also gotten amazing results from the 7-minute challenges.

I had been taking medications for pcos for the past 4-5 months of heavy dose with ovarian stimulants.I had even gained a lot of weight like more than 10 kg in a span of 6 months because of the hormones...I came across this exercise of lucy and it has done wonders!
For all the girls in doubt just do it...I did it for a month with medication ,and after that the next month I was only dependent on this exercise and a few other 7 min ones and I have seen such a difference!!I have lost around 7kg in the past 4and half months ,my periods are regular,my acne have reduced,my inches have reduced,I am energetic!

Hi, I have PCOS, I don't get my periods for months. I was on pills for 2month stopped taking them. so last month in June I decided to started doing exercise with healthy eating wanted to see if this works. I did not get my period but I tested positive! I am pregnant without taking lots of medication 😃

@@mitsuhamiyamizu101 I’ve only been getting my period once or twice a year. I did cardio and lost some weight before but it came back and I gained a lot more. I cut out gluten and dairy for the past month and I’ve lost 5 pounds, and now I’m also incorporating Lucy’s workouts, which I started yesterday. Determined to reverse my PCOS :)

I actually did this after doing your 7-minute booty workout; I started off with a nice warm-up, did the two workouts, then your bust lift, and then a cool-down. I've worked out very successfully on my own at home - never at a gym (for years and years and years), but I have NEVER had this much fun! Yup, feeling great... thanks to you! ;)
Hi Lucy, it's gr8 to see that there is a workout for PCOS issue too. Just wanted your advice on how to reduce bloating as it is pretty much a major issue women with PCOS face
Literally the only workout that worked for me. Tried some HIIT ones and they only worsened my symptoms become of more stress hormones
I only do this and some yoga to keep my symptoms at bay

I have PCOS, and I am really overweight. I do find it, in a way, a bit discouraging that these videos are always with really, really thin people..
Like I almost sometimes feel, that I can just as well, give up right now. I will never be that.. (no I don't have to think like that, but yes everyone have taught me that, my whole life in how everybody, movies, TV shows, celebraties talk about and focus on weight and being thin or your not good emough!).. But I mean that is of course understandable, that people who are very passionate about work out.. Normally are thin! 😆😜😂
But what is important to me, then, is that I'm not talked down to, or feel like a lesser person or so. Or constantly being told that being thin is the only way to be happy or to have confident! And that you are automatically very sad and unhappy, if you are overweight!
There was that little "be more confident" in the end of this video.. But I will discard that from my brain 😆 Because your whole approach was so friendly and understanding to the issues women like me have!
And I love how it's just a quick exercise!
I would love to change my whole life and just work out every day for an hour.. That's just not realistic (right now)!
I have had "healthy food" and exercise loath for many years, because I have been pounded into my head how women should be a size -50, and if not, you're not worthy of respect, love or happiness! So I had to stop doing anything for years. To get out of the eating disorder I was in, constantly thinking about food, what to eat, what not to etc. Just learning to love myself no matter what others think or what my scale said!
Now I am much fatter 😆 But much more at ease in my mind, and feel I can handle doing some good things for my body, without going into the "thought circle and constant failure" disorder.. 😓
Any who.. I am way out of shape and overweight, and I if I start by wanting to exercise for en hour everyday, I will go back to the not healthy way of obsessing about exercise and food, and fail every time!
This way I can do something that will get me startet, and that I can use even if I still want to do more at a later time. It's not too much that I just can't keep doing it and once again fail, and just give up.
So thanks for this! I will look at more of your videos when I get to that point 😆👍👍❤️

This is very effective. I've tried this workout along with 30 min walking.. After 15 days got my periods back after 4 months... 😍
How many times you did it in a day?
I got my period just 30 days after my last one which is more regular than i have ever gotten it before starting this workout. Been doing this one for only about 4 days. I've been eating healthier and excercising regularly but I feel like this workout has helped greatly too.

Loved this! I usually HATE working out after having my child but this was so easy it didn’t feel like it at all! I say easy but I’m dripping sweat 😅
