    I heard that pcod can only be controlled bt wen I went to my yoga institute I met many people who cured pcod with yoga.. certain yoga asanaas mainly dhanurasana,bhujangasana,sarvangasana,chakrasana,uthrasana,sthabdhasana are very helpful in treating pcod

    Hello dear .. mere ko bhi 6 yr se pcod h and weight bhi 73 kg h .. height 5.3 .. it's too difficult fr me to handle this situation ... thanks a lot fr giving workout ..     I don't believe this I have been doing most of the exercises (I don't have PCOD problem) and I feel much more lighter also my periods have became less painful and It helped me to overcome date issues
