Watching this all the way through just makes me realise how many times I've left a location without grabbing a magazine that was about 3 feet away from my character.

I say the same, and I re-played it this year a little while ago to be able to do 100% in his achievements .

I have collected a lot of the magazines and still forget them too
I like to play Fallout 4 like a collectathon, so I always make sure to get the bobble heads and magazines. I find it more enjoyable to 100% the game than just plow through it. Plus then I get to have it all at my house with my dog and 210 year old British robot lol
years later now I am back to F4 to collect all magazines, I love this game.

After the show I had to play again and have made a new character with better luck . Now I get legendary weapons that don't suck like the +15 damage walking cane . One character I have two double shot Combat rifles . The Overseer's I put up to the .308 and the other at maximum .45 . Plus I found out that a Combat sniper rifle is way better than the bolt action sniper, even if you put it up to the 50 Cal
One day I'd love to do a completionist run of Fallout 4. On that day, this guide will no doubt come in handy.

I managed to find all of the magazines that I missed. I also found Curie, who was missing for a very long time! Found her incidentally while looking in the Mass Fusion Building.
Caedo is the best ever
Your ability to hint but dodge plot points is impressive
For Fallout 5 they should bring the skill system and with that. Bring back skill books, the skill magazines from Fallout NV and bring back the perks magazines from Fallout 4. The best of both worlds
The Skyrim skill thing might be a bit broken for fallout but other than that I agree
I know for sure Bethesda says they’ll not return to voiced protagonists
@@sincereeastman6972 They should. If is a good dialogue system and a good RPG, a protagonist that talks is going to worked out fine. The Witcher 3 is the RPG of this generation and Geralt talks. Dragon Age too
@@JohnDonovan1968 No, it's a waste of resources and entirely unnecessary. Plus male and female voices, hundreds of lines and it really limits the amount of content they can add. For example, the creation club fetch quest could have been actual side quest additions with the old dialogue system.

The magazine at Brookehead's Lighthouse was not on the table as I expected. It actually fell to the ground after my use of Spray n Pray against the boss.

I haven’t gotten the ones from far harbour and a couple from the common wealth that are quest locked but I have every other magazine now took like 16 hours, really good guide and it’s nice how you explain how to get to some of the tricky ones

This was a very well made video and I like your still doing great guide content you've done for years. I don't mean any offence I've watched you for about 5 years at this point but has anyone else noticed that his channel has started to dip in about the last 2 years. His most popular vids are his old new Vegas, skyrim, fo3 and 4 guides but since outer worlds your channel has to an extent died. Most vids can't get 5k views and your podcasts haven't really gotten past 1k to 3k views in the past while. I hope you enjoy the content you make as much as I like watching and I hope your channel is able to grow in future with new games and series.
None taken. The dip that you're referring to has been happening longer than that. The Outer Worlds guides and their poor performance told me that I had to pivot, or burn out completely. It's actually been performing far better than last year, believe it or not. There's still something wrong though, and I don't have a fix-all answer to why.
My most watched videos as of this year are countdowns and tips & tricks for current games. Despite that, I hate the idea of becoming another list channel. My goal has always been to inform with no-nonsense guides. That's why I've stuck with this for so long....and because this job rocks. I love doing this, but while my old guides were successful over a long period, I have to regularly fight the system to show up in peoples' feeds with anything recent. It's demoralizing, but also my job!

Awesome and amazing guide! I tried using the fallout 4 interactive map but some of the issues were not numbered correctly or duplicated therefor making it hard to understand which ones I had and didn't. Also it didn't let you mark more than 100 objects which as you can guess the collectibles easily exceed that number. Thanks.

I have every single magazine, except for one Guns and Bullets. Its the Barney Rook one, and he dissappeared. Looking at all my magazines lined up, it does not feel complete. :(
Check your workshops. There were a few I couldn't find using the video only because they were stored in my workshop.
In the mine you go to for the magazine, there is a hazmat suit you can where and take almost no radiation damage and just use a sniper to pick there of one NY one

I’ve got 120 so far. Working my way round again looking for the rest. I’ve completed everything months ago but I still go on it regularly as I love the game still. I’m level 246 I think so nearly have all specials too. I’m invincible 😎
Now all I have to do to find a magazine is try to read my writing. It was done fast and turned out small and run together, with extra messy penmanship. I've never had the best penmanship but...this...is...bad !!! BTW, Subscribed.

Sometimes you will find Barney Rook dead in his house but you can still take the key from his body to get into his bunker.

The last two wasteland survival guides healing is 100% more effective from fruits because they are irradiated
this guide is amazing, the only part i dislike is the fact I've swept some of these place clean before thanks to the pack mule perk and still somehow missed these
If it weren't for this guide, I wouldn't have remembered to give Vergil the serum... Sadly I blew the institute up already. At least I got Virgil's Rifle

I re-played Fallout 4 a short time ago to be able to make 100% of its achievements. but a question , are you sure that in the survival guide magazines you showed all available? it's because I collected them all, but after checking the advantages in my character's menu, I saw that magazines number 4 and 5 were missing, this is normal ?
Yes, it is normal and always occurs.
Going through this video at the level I'm at is more annoying when I have clearly been to the location before but never grabbed it I'm level 121 and my level is rising really fast trying to get all magazines
I did not grab the dog meat magazine in the institute because I already blew it up

I don't think you have to join them, just come back to the police station after the "Reunions" main quest.

Nope, you get a permanent perk on pickup, then the magazines and bobbleheads just become decorations.

I need more guns and bullets because if you dont kill a lazer turrent with a 30plus damage weapon and a critical hit the game needs some fixes ..
