    my favorite "ab part" for training are actually my OBLIQUES 🧡 I love all the twisting and side movements, which give me so much core stability! I guess that's also why my ab lines are much more prominent than having "packs" like a sixpack.

    even though i personally have been working out with you for 1.5 years and i follow the give me abs plan, you once again are able to make me feel like ripping apart my abs! seems like there‘s always a chance to get better haha

      Maybe it's because I only do workouts at 3 am when I'm the most emotional piece of shit ever but I genuinely just SOB all through these videos because there's not a single workout video I've ever tried where I was able to do all the exercises. It's not even because of physical strenght I just have NO IDEA how the position their body and then I just feel that it's not doing anything to my muscles but I don't know how to do it correctly either so I just do middle crunches while I'm crying lmfao

      No girl, never think an excersice it's going to be easy or even the one that says slow, may be a little slow but not easy. That's my advice to you. Now continue burning fat with this inspiring girl.

    I started my fashion and management degree at university three weeks ago, and it has been so hard, I've been feeling too much tiredness. I used to do Pamela´s workout every day in 2020, but another responsibility came in 2021, so my training time was not that long. I´m starting to work out again today with this video, it´s kinda dramatic cause I worked out two weeks ago but starting over is a little bit hard.

      i feel you!! i used to work out for almost 2 hours every day during quarantine, and joined the swim team during 2020. but then i fell off because of school and other responsibilities. only now have i been able to follow the plan for 2 weeks straight. but i'm doing it! and it's okay, starting over sucks, but remember that you are worth your patience. :)

    I did this workout today on 1st march. I really loved this I felt like my abs are going to blast and my arms too though I took breaks in the middle and starting late, but I will master in this within two days then I will enjoy it more.

Es ist für mich ein super Mix zwischen Übungen, die ich gut kann (was mich motiviert haha) und Übungen, die mich absolut herausfordern (was mir zeigt, wo meine Schwachstellen liegen). Und Bauchübungen sind sowieso meine Lieblinge, weil ich nach ihnen ein super gutes Körpergefühl habe!

      @@samanthapietro9786 yess, same! But, after a few months focusing on training upper body, my wrist and arms no longer shaking and hurt like the last time I did. Focus on the upper body strength as well!! You go girll
