Really felt the burn in this one. Side Planks + variations like plank twists are super underrated! Years ago, I remember doing extra sets of Plank twists and it really trimmed down my waist! Unfortunately, I’ve regained my weight thanks to the stresses of high school and college. Went from 64 kg to 82 kg. Burnout is the absolute worst 😔. I thankfully manage my time better. I trust that I’m gonna get my figure back for my graduation next year and keep off the weight forever 😁!
I’m currently out rn but going to do this when I get home and going to tell yall if I see any difference(btw for context im 14 and weight about 66.90 kg) Day 1:✅ was really hard but I pushed through
Lol I am 14 and weight like 56 kg I want to reach 50 kgs it's my goal I am 5'3 sometimes I eat sweet s and don't work out but I use to weigh alot before like I lost 14 kgs guys I thing is u may feel it not gonna work but it does trust me
I swear it's the effect of the workout I read it plants 🌵 instead of planks Btw this is my second time doing this workout and the first time I did this one I actually felt sore the next day in my obliques Coming from someone who's been working out for over one and a half year I did pair it with a lower abs workout first that was pretty intense too I've pretty defined upper abs but those lower abs show occasionally Also now I've started to have a defined side abs line interestingly You're body is magical and can do wonders I was never someone who was obsessed with having abs it just came as a by product of working out regularly I saw faster and sustainble results when I took control of my meal portions Thank you for reading my rant that nobody asked for
I have been doing this 1.5 weeks now and have some great changes 👍 will keep doing until I reach my goal
