    Amazing stuff! All your vids are so well done. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. Have you ever used any of these custom meal plan tools? I got one from Next Level Diet to help me maintain my physique and I actually like their plans. Was just wondering if you've heard of or tried any of them yourself. Thank you!

      Appreciate you Lucas - We don't use meal plans... and here's why...
      Anyone can follow a meal plan, and anyone can fall off of one, have a bender of weekend and never want to get back on that plan again.
      We live by the nutrition system we provide and the logic is simple.... It's SUPER flexible. It's easy for us to stick to if that means cooking at home all week and prepping, or if we travel, hit chipoltle and then celebrate and have a big meal with the fam. Flexibility is key.
      Anything that requires 100% adherence is nearly 100% likely to cause you to fail at some point (and at that point, most people let go of the gains they've created).
      If you can't see yourself eating like that for the rest of your life, why do it for a few months?
      Note --- All humans are different. If you love it and it's working, stick with it!

    I burned 404 kcal in a 40 min jump rope session. My jump rope was a little too light so I couldn’t do what I usually do but I tried to do it anyway. Thanks man.

    I'm really sorry I'm a beginner 🔰 & I feel bad when I mess up, but I guess I need to get more endurance. But I am trying to keep it moving even when I mess up. This is going to take time to get better at.

      Just found this video and it's great. Can't do the boxer's jump sadly just can't get the metre right. But no complaints as at 72 my expectations are limited, but half an hour three times a week is my schedule.

      @@janephillips5565 @72 your are killing it 3 times a week! Super! For boxer steps, try to jump on one leg for 4 Jumps and alternate, slowly you ll get with 2 Jumps and then 1 jump..lemme know!

    Hey as a beginner who wants to learn how to jump rope and use it as a primary form of cardio do you guys have any workout videos that are jump rope only without bodyweight exercises? I'm already lifting weights at the gym 3 times a week and I really want to learn how to jump rope because it looks fun and it seems like a great way to stay active on my days off from the gym.

    How do I know the exact amount of calories burned? I do 25 sets, each set of 70 secods, 3 sets with 1/4 rope, 3 sets with 1/2 rope and 3 sets with 1 pound rope until I complete the 25 sets, I do it with 30 seconds in between the sets, in those 30 seconds I try to do push ups, squats and sit ups. Btw I am using Yao Yao app on my Galaxy watch 4. You guys are the best!

      No one knows how many calories you'll burn. You could get a fitness tracker, but those are known to be up to 24% inaccurate.

    When utilizing a jump rope for improved running endurance, should I attempt to go nonstop for a set amount of time? Or do 5 minutes for example, rest 1, and repeat a few times?

      It all depends on your goals.
      We like a varied approach.
      What we mean is.. if you do our circuits or 3 rounds of tabata (for instance), you're going to improve your stamina.

      Depending on your height it may actually be better to get size M for the get strong set. I am 6'1 and in hindsight M would have been better than L for me

      If you are new to anything, you want to ease in. If you've never deadlifted, you wouldn't go to the gym put 500# on the bar and pull your heart out. You'd start small and work up over a LONG time.
      If you are new to jump rope, you should start slowly and listen to your body... Maybe try a workout like the one we published today:
