I hate going to a place that seems quiet but as soon as you move in you hear every single thing. This experience fortunately wasnt when buying it was when my wife and I rented in Dallas tx, we negotiated with the manager and immediately moved to another unit. Glad to see someone finally talking about noise levels, nuisances like flight paths in neighborhoods.

Thanks for the info. Air traffic wouldn’t bother me unless buzzing the roof every two minutes, lol. You not once mentioned numbers or price, lol, but I’m sure all five those places though quiet are very expensive, 😳.
Hi @MikeBDaniels-bv8io Unfortunately, some neighborhoods in Vegas can have planes flying over pretty regularly especially if they are right in the flight path. As you can imagine we have a lot of air traffice coming in and out of Vegas so this can get annoying for those residents. The neighborhoods I mentioned are luxury guard gated communities and depeding on the community prices range from $2.5m and go up to the $20 and $30 millions. Thanks for your comment and for watching!

Hi @mcds54 yes! And excessive dog barking. There’s nothing more annoying and sad for the dogs when they’re left outside (especially in our heat) and ignored for all others in the neighborhood to deal with.
