Originally from Yokohama, Japan, I am a wife, a mother of two daughters, and a mother of a mini-Golden doodle dog. I’m a passionate entrepreneur, and besides my career in the real estate industry, I own two local restaurants in Southern Highlands.

@@FatRace Sure, happy to John! And yes, I don't compare tract home builders with custom home builders because they are not offering the same product. There are a handful of custom home builders locally, but I've only worked with Blue Heron for so many reasons!

Kyle canyon It seems that area is too close to a major freeway, pollution and noise.
It's right by the freeway, but it's also away from the city making it desirable for those that love outdoor recreational activities.
I’ve lived in that area for over a year. It’s quiet.
