Since making this video The Ridges has been in the works of getting their very own cell towers which will alleviate these problems and are very close to having them completed! As you can imagine, this is good news for all current and future residents! Are you a local or thinking about moving to the Las Vegas area?

Hi Joe! That’s a great question! Bears Best has always been independently owned but has had a recent change in ownership like you said. If my memory serves me correctly, I do believe there is an agreement between The Ridges HOA and the golf course that would prevent that from happening but I can certainly confirm that for you. I can tell you that the owners plan to make the golf course a private one which will help drive up home values and heightened security within the community. This has been a long awaited event! LMK if you’d like me to do some research to confirm what kind of agreement is shared between the 2 entities. Are you a local?😢

I agree! The one thing that drives me crazy is that I have to call my IT guy to set up a new Apple TV or to reboot my system every time it goes down! Although I do like the fact that my clothes washer communicates with Alexa to tell me my load is done! 🤔😂

I was hooked right after my first game. Some sellers really do have unrealistic expectations on the value of their homes. What part of the country do you live in?

Hello @devineloved usually our heavy traffic is between 8am till about 10am and then again around 3pm till about 6pm but in green valley there are a few of the main roads that have many businesses along the way which creates heavy traffic throughout most of the day and into the early evening.

Yes Kaori! The poolside tickets are amazing and also the one thing that makes Las Vegas Ballpark unique to all other ballparks in its class.

Hi Regina! Although all of the above makes our ballpark such a great place to watch a game, the one thing that makes it so unique is that fans can purchase seats in the field side pool and enjoy the game while staying cool in the pool! 🌊

Hi Gabriel! Yes! You’re the only one so far to get this right! I don’t know of any other stadium that has poolside viewing! In answer to your question, yes. The cell reception is TERRIBLE in many neighborhoods and driving through Summerlin as well. It’s definitely a downside to living in or driving through Summerlin. I did recently hear that the reason for this is because Howard Hughes Corp doesn’t allow the tall cell towers that you can find throughout most other parts of the city. We only have the lower “booster” receptors that are installed on light posts.

Hi Patrick! Even though all of the answers make Las Vegas Ballpark an amazing spot to watch a game, the thing that makes it unique in comparison to other ballparks in its class is that you can buy field side pool tickets and stay cool in the pool while watching the game! Hope you are well!
