I personally had a controlling man try to kill me. He was completely irrational when he got upset. He went from 0-100 in seconds over anything. If I ran across another man that shows signs of being controlling, I’m exiting immediately, no questions asked, no possibility of reconsideration.

Thank you. That was probably one of the scariest things I’ve ever been through. I literally thought I was about to die. It still makes me cry thinking about it. The relationship was only a few months and when I said I wanted to break up he lost it. I’ve met guys since who say or do things that remind me of his controlling or possessive behavior. A guy i was seeing told me the skirt i was wearing was too short. I laughed and said nothing but the next time i saw him the skirt was shorter. He made a comment like I told you i didn't like the short skirt last time. So i laughed and said " Don't worry baby I know you're not into short skirts, you don't have to wear them. I can wear them for us both." He then got upset asking me why i needed to wear skirts that short. I told him that if he didn't like the clothes i wore we could breakup so i could wear my mini skirts in peace because i sure as HELL wasn't letting a guy tell me what i could wear. I dumped him. Here's a tip I want to add!- Ladies, especially women who have the "pick me" and masculine personalities deeply engrained in them.. start practicing Shera's advice on dusties/ semi-dusties FIRST. Im sorry but femininity is not an over night change. It will take at LEAST a year before you get your looks and mentality fully together. I thought I had it all because ive watched 90% of Shera's teachings then got carried away and lost a good potential. Instead, I am now practicing these new teachings on dusties. By the time Im leveled up and am fully done cultivating and learning my lessons, I will leave them for a REAL provider. By then i'll be fully feminized and have learned all my lessons and in turn have a less chance in losing them. Practice makes perfect! You always practice on a dummy before a real thing right? Sprinkle sprinkle!
That's true. I'm still practicing some things she teaches for different situations in a relationship (not dusty related). I did grow up very classy, with a sense of style, and with confidence. I went to college and have a career, but was also taught to be "Independent," to be a 50/50 lady, cook and clean and cater to men -- in my culture, a woman's worth is in how much she can cook and cater to her man and his family! Now, I don't pay for anything and keep all my money for my business and what I'm doing for my family and don't cook much. I know my worth and it's not in the kitchen...

i disagree, dusties fall in love way too fast and will try to manipulate you into sleeping with them. they will go crazy on you if you leave them after they spent their little paychecks on you too. also, you will get used to dusty antics and tolerate dust behavior. i'd say practice feminity in your workspace/school on a subtle level, then take those mannerisms with you to a date.

Shera I was with a very controlling narcissistic jerk for about 13 years. I know I have told this before but if I had heard this information a long time ago I could have saved myself tons of stress and health issues. That relationship took a toll on my mental health, self esteem and physical health. I often say that I regret the relationship. But one of my daughters (who is very wise for her age) told me that I went through that for my growth and destiny. It really changed they way I look at that situation. Lately I’ve been feeling the desire to try to help other women who are/were in similar situations.

It was all a ploy to control me which i later found out bc he was living a double life

However, now I know the red flags because I saw them even then I just ignored them because it came with a back handed complement. I dated someone who preferred to call me at 8pm and I refused because it was his way of monitoring whether I was out or not. I learnt this from my narc because he'd call me from 6pm to 1am on Saturday so I'd never have time to go out. I stop the bs at the start. No one owns me or my time.
