There isn’t one ex I’d ever want back. They worked very hard to earn that title, so why would I not let them have the fruits of their labor? Also, with friends, I’ve noticed that if they don’t want to level up, and you do, it’s over. They will hate you for not supporting their journey with a dusty.

She became an energy vampire, very jealous, and would even copy me. I starting distancing myself from her a couple yrs ago and now we don't talk anymore. Much better off without her.

I started walking 3 miles a day. Yesterday, I started laser surgery. My goal is to loose 70lbs, for me to feel like me again. This morning, I'm having tea and a green smoothie. I got up earlier, prior to logging in online for work to ensure that I look great on camera.

I’m doing the same thing! I’m 29 and financially doing well, especially after leaving a dusty. I got a therapist, nutritionist, and doctor to aid my glow up. I’m also helping my family with their health through what I’ve learned! 🥰 best wishes!

My mother was very masculine and jealous of my sister and I. We both had jobs where we were always in the public light so we had to dress in accordance. Speech on point as well as hair and nails. Our mom couldn't grasp the concept that we needed to look a certain way to navigate in the workplace and how certain people would perceive us if we didnt.

The family I come from is the definition of dysfunction jealousy leeching hate and spite spitefulness. I'm the black sheep of the family because I'm full of love but also honesty. I lost all my friends by leveling up. It is indeed sometimes lonely
currently putting my old clothes on poshmark. the difference is crazy. before i wore alot of dark colors and i was 30lbs heavier. now i'm much slimmer and only wear feminine colors 💕 i watched shera's videos about dresses/skirts etc years ago and i didn't agree and now i know it is because i wasn't comfortable with my weight
👏😀🥂Beware of men who say: "THEIR house", their cottage, their boat, etc...Even into their 40's & 50's,!!! Often it belongs to their PARENTS... AND they have siblings/grandchildren that will obviously share in the inheritance. I find it extra repulsive! 🤨
My friend sold her house at a loss to move in & spend money on renovating her "Boyfriend's House & Cottage" only to learn it all belongs to his MOTHER & he will only have 25% of it.🙉

I talked her into it& (which was a hard change for her bc she's a generous person) now she won't pay any bills or even buy a can of paint! So proud of her & has actually made their relationship better! What a surprise!

This is something I tell younger women all the time. Not everyone falls into the same category as those who really care about you. Don't give your time, energy, attention, money to people who only care about themselves. Now there's nothing wrong with that, just acknowledge that that's the headspace that they're in. Your children are a different matter. If they're good kids and I love you then they're the ones you should be lavishing with your energy and resources. Relationships between men and women are in exchange always.

Though I'm leveling up, I still feel bad quite often about my past when I was too naive and too nice and didn't know my worth, I was overly giving to my dusty ex who took money from me in the name of love, was manipulative, used to gaslight me, said hurtful things to me, never reciprocated my feelings or gifts that I gave him, emotionally and verbally abused me, cheated on me, he also said awful things about my deceased mom and I miss her terribly . It still hurts though I have forgiven myself but I think he should also go through what I went through. What's the fate of these emotionally and verbally abusive dusty ex boyfriends ? How Karma bites them? Have you seen any examples?
