I almost bought exiga about 3years ago... But after went looking and test drove it... Decided not to buy it... 1-i wont part out my forester sf5 2-the boot and 3rd row seat not big enough.. 😅 So my next family hauler car wont be subaru... But will have the same character...just bigger.. (xc90 mk1 D5-5cyl turbodiesel volvo 7seater suv) And im keeping my forester 😂😂😂 (the important bit)
Sounds about right. I've got one. Cat back exhaust, blitZ intake, Dyno tune made 225 on 99 fuel, very fun car to drive being practical too. Running on RSR springs.....sadly, sent it on poor fuel and engine/turbo went bye bye........ej207, 2.1 forged...td04 hybrid.....what power.....?????
@@racedynamix new fuel pump, standard cat, makes 310, could squeeze a little more if mods were made to the waste gate, but plenty for the auto box for now.....nice response with quick spool up ..
I've got an 08 Exiga GT, been thinking about a remap as it's still stock, same with the exhaust and intake. Extra power is nice but she's a gas guzzler. Would love to have an eco setting that properly sipped fuel but kept the sport and whatever s# is (supersport?) were powerful.
@@racedynamix damn, sounds like a lot of work if it's just throttle response and boost. Should probably look at other things for fuel economy and power first.
UK tuned Map didn't make a difference to mine with fuel consumption on 99. I get around 15-18 around town...and if I'm lucky around 25 on the motorway.....taking it easy all the time..
Got a costing for this and its about £10k....ipt transmissions in the States can rebuild 600bhp trans for a less plus shipping and fitting and you get to keep the auto......if anyone is getting one of these, an Australian company kept it at 400bhp.with a forged ej20.....probably best couples with a atf cooler just in case....

They hybrid td04 normally make north of 300bhp so should be an exciting little bus :). Be interesting to see how it does :)

@@Jagc0316 yes definitely. Nice set up that :)
It looks like our teacher is back from holiday. Hope you had a nice refreshing break, mate 👍
👍😁
Hopefully see you soon mate. Having issues getting a sensor replaced causing hard shifts and the p1710 error code.
Cool. See you soon 😎👌
I didn't catch the year of this car. Another Subaru Unicorn like the Baja.
its a 2009 Exiga GT Tuned by STi 👍
@@racedynamix Thanks!

That is possible but eco on a subaru never really exists, it's just lower boost and a slightly numb feeling throttle 👍

@@Jagc0316 yeah, I've dropped below that but now it's time for a full service.
If i'm not mistaken, someone in russia converted it to 6 speed manual
Nice 😍👍
I’d love to do that
Pretty easy swap if u were using ver.10 drivetrain (because its basically the same gen platform)

By better flowing exhaust did they fit a new system with cat or is it standard cat?
😉
Are these dyno numbers in whp or bhp ?
Always do them in BHP but because it is an auto the real figures are about 10% higher due to transmission losses.
Ecuedit?
