    I loved this vacuum until recently it turns on for a few seconds and turns off with a blinking red light there is no blockage I even cleaned everything with the air tool on my air compressor and still nothing I’ve emailed the company I just want my vacuum fixed this is obviously a problem that many people are having and it should be recalled!

      @@TinecoSupport I have already sent an email and have not heard anything back yet hopefully soon, or I’m going to have to get my money back and buy a different vacuum I can’t keep waiting to be able to vacuum hopefully you understand. Two kids and two dogs I need to be able to clean

    wow ,...seems like a world wide recall is in order? $400 aussie dollars and 2 months later , the engine works for a few seconds then stops. I have tried every single troubleshooting I could find for this model and other similar models by Tineco. Being new years eve, I am not confident I will get any assistance in terms of :warranty/repair/replace/refund.
    Disappointed that I have to waste my time chasing this up...with a dusty couch and house. I have no option but to purchase another vacuum in the mean time. Just in time for the new year!!

    Yeah I'm taking this back to best buy. It was working fine, had it on the included charger.. didn't use it for a while then when I wanted to vacuum it starts for about a second then stops and won't do anything. The battery is fully charged and there's no debris anywhere in the vacuum. I just hope the floorone I bought doesn't start messing up too it still seems to be working fine.

    My A10 is doing the same thing, has been since a few weeks after I bought it. I have hard wood floors and few area carpets that I used it on. Every time it will turn on few seconds then start blinking red/pink. I had put it on the charger to make sure it’s charged, filters cleaned and it just keeps doing it. I paid $100 for this vacuum and could only use it few handful of times. I don’t think I bought the warranty for it but I dang well should have ugh Seems like this is a VERY common issue with this vacuum.

    This is the best hand vacuum made. It all comes apart for repair and such, but I am having a problem. The latch on the dust bin broke so I ordered a replacement. It’s all on and fine except it doesn’t have the two connectors that attach to the wall unit for recharging. What to do!

    I have emailed this company over a vacuum that stopped working in less than a year. And they won't even respond. Save your money and buy a different brand vacuum

    For something which is known as a Best Buy by WHICH, I was very disappointed to be unable to charge the battery from the moment I received it new. I am still waiting to hear what Tineco will do or say.

    2 weeks old and says clean filter and won't turn on. Cleaned and washed filter and even used compressed air to clean it. Still nothing. It's in the trash now lol

    Hi, I bought an A11 hero in october 2020. I was very satisfied with my purchase until recently. The vacuum cleaner turns on for some seconds and then turns off. I remobed all the filters and cleaned them out but the motor seems to be stuck. I do not know what else to try

      hello, i have exactly the same problem. I unmounted all pieces and left only the battery attached to motor. And the motor turns on with very low poer for 1 sek and than turns off. Feels like its stuck. How did you solve?

      @@rehiuk8543 i opened it up with screwdriver until the motor to see if maybe something was stuck inside. I could not see anything. It was clean. SO i re-assembled it back. When i turned it on it worked. I can't really tell what i did to fix it... i dont think i did anything. It just came to life after i re-assembled. Weird. Now it still works after 1 year that i did this.

    Our tineco s12 has now done this. We have done everything video suggests and still it seems the motor has failed. Its still under warranty

    Motor issue as well. Mailbox full, no live chat, etc. Total of $850 spent in less than 2 years to a company who has a full mailbox? Hope they make this right. Minimum- refund my last battery. But ALL the wasted accessories is a pity! Maybe a new motor would fix all this- less than 2 years- shame!

    I took good care of this vacuum and the motor failed on me after about a year and a half…would not recommend this vacuum

    You have to take the filters out and use a shop vac to vacuum out the motor.. it's not the battery or the filters.. after vacuuming out the motor it will work again... For awhile.
    I will make a video to prove this is the problem. I feel like I got ripped off with this thing it.. should be recalled this is an inherent design flaw..

    It working fine until yesterday. Suddenly it stopped working. When i press on the trigger, the motor makes sound for 2 seconds then guess quiet. Nothing is stuck anywhere. This is most likely and issue with the motor unit. China product.

      @@TinecoSupport my A11 hero stopped working after 2.5 years of use. I think it's out of warranty. Do you think 2.5 years is an acceptable life span for a vacuum cleaner? Is there anything I can do to have it repaired?

    I am now having problems when turning my Tineco on its works for a few seconds then switches off. I have cleaned it everywhere and there are no blockages. Nobody seems to know how to fix it. Very disappointed with this model and wish i had bought a dyson.

    my a11 2 years old. Can only use speed 1. When you shift to 2nd or 3rd speed power will automatically cut off after few seconds

    I bought a A10 and I have had it for about 6 months now and now it won't turn on I try changing it with the charger it came with and it just blinks blue light and does nothing. It's been cleaned out after each use and I'm at a lost right now it's like the motor went out. My device is not like the one in the video for as I can't take battery out an drake apart like the one in the video it's the white and purple device.

    Idk what’s wrong with my brand new A10-D. It was working well for like 30 mins and then it started blinking pink which means dirty filter. So I clean the filter, doesn’t fix it. I clean the entire vacuum and replace the filter completely and nothing.

    Useless video. It motor doesn't turn on without any attachments or the dust collection bin. Both batteries are fully charged.

    My Tineco A11 works fine but when I return it to the charging base it makes a clicking sound and the light on the vacuum head flashes. I have to take it off the base and let it sit for a day and then return it to charge or remove the vacuum head while it is charging. I can’t find any troubleshooting advice on how to fix this issue.

    I just purchased the A11 pwrhero. I believe i bought it two or three days ago and my battery is fully charged. But every time I try to use it it comes on for literally a second blinks red and shuts off. Anyone have a solution?

      Just had the same issue after three days. I had to call tech support and they are sending me out a new main motor and I have to send the old one back to them. They are going to supply me with prepaid shipping to send the old one back.

    My tineco tango is a hunk of junk! I’m so disappointed that I spent $399 of this piece of crap. Save your money! It took me a whole month to get a motor replacement and after I received it, only 3 weeks later it’s broken again 🥵😡🤬

    UPDATE: #TinecoTime @tinecoglobal Even after Warranty was over Tineco was very helpful and sold me a new motor for $49 I will definitely keep buying Tineco vacuums I'm planning on buying the Tineco Hero Ex next time!....... Mine does the same thing. Turns on for seconds and shuts down. This is the third time this happens, only this time I no longer have warranty. I cleaned it, charged batteries and nothing seems to work.

    I believe everyone here has the same problem and these steps cannot solve the problem. Same goes to my s12 ex. I have cleaned it by following the steps given but still mine only works for few seconds before it turns off. I have contacted the customer service and I need to post the main motor to the hq in order for them to check. The hq is at another state. Such a hassle since I have a baby and I need to clean the house regularly. I am a frustated customer here.

    This vacuum is a piece of s***!!! Ive only used it a handful of times and now it turns on for a minute and turns off. The red light comes on saying the filter needs cleaning…there’s no way!!! The filters is CLEAN! I’ve gone through all the steps! I should’ve stayed with my old vacuum. Ughh this is so frustrating!

    This is the worst video I’ve ever seen. The motor isn’t turning on, yet you’ve told me all the ways to check everything but the motor. So out of touch.
    Title of the video “unit won’t turn on”. Ok, here’s a video to check all the ways to clean the accessory assuming the unit turns on.

    Absolute POS, worked twice. Cleaned everything but no power at all. Battery good, nothing works. 250 bucks in the toilet
