All mine does is leave puddles of water everywhere that it doesn’t suck up

My 11 is very loud and doesn’t seem to have any suction. Same I had issue with my first one.

I have this tineco floor mop. Barely used it. Gave me this exact issue. Called Tineco and they asked me to guess the month I purchased it. I gave them the month of the day I called. I went to print out the shipping code they sent me to send it back. Printer ran out of ink. Some time went bye until I was able to purchase ink cause its expensive and I have 2 little ones and was not able to get to an office store. When I purchased new ink I called back to get a new shipping code because they expire in like 7 days after receiving it. Customer service said ok, I was all ready with my new ink, they called back n said I passed the warranty month which was the month I gave them on the original call. I said I'm just renewing a code from the original call date, they said sorry nothing they can do. I said that's fine but I do think they could have been a little bit more understanding when trying to use a new code for the same issue where I wasn't able to ship out. Anyways I do take responsibility for my issue of bump in the road but they were not obliging. The tineco was great for about the 20 times I used it, but would never buy one again. Also if customer service was a bit more helpful I probably would have bought another tenico in the future.

Make sure your wifi is on 2.4 ghz. It won't connect if it's on the 5ghz. You have to disable the 5ghz in your wifi and then connect to the 2.4ghz

Why is it necessary that the phone is also connected to the 2.4Ghz home network if it sends the wifi credentials to the device by connecting to an AP created by the device ?

I've had mine about 2 yrs, it never held a good charge and died a few mins after using, I could never get a whole room vacuumed before the battery died. Now, it shows full solid blue lights as if battery is fully charged but when I put it on the vacuum , the battery starts to flash red and it won't even turn the vacuum on. Now what?!!!

I literally just got this one the other day. It charged and won’t stay on for more than a few seconds. It’s going to be difficult to send it back. Spend the money and get a Bissell in the first place. I needed to clean my floors like yesterday not weeks from now

My Tineco iFloor 3 Breeze did not come with a 3 in 1 cleaning brush. Where can I order that? It also did not come with a HEPA filter, but came with a blue sponge looking one. Can I purchase a HEPA filter instead and will that fit?

barcode scanned, wifi setup correctly, device and app are malfunctioning. Tineco used really shitty WIFI in their units and do not really update the app to make it better. Mine absolutely refuses to connect. gave up.

Our tineco s12 has now done this. We have done everything video suggests and still it seems the motor has failed. Its still under warranty

FYI I got it working my taking out the water tank and manually releasing the water by pressing the release valve on the water and mopping that up with the vacuum. After a couple of goes it started releasing water itself

This is the best hand vacuum made. It all comes apart for repair and such, but I am having a problem. The latch on the dust bin broke so I ordered a replacement. It’s all on and fine except it doesn’t have the two connectors that attach to the wall unit for recharging. What to do!

This didnt help at all ive cleaned everything over and over and ive done the self cleaning but it doesnt even use water during self cleaning either. Cant find anything that actually helps with my issue.
