    Thank you. ❤ This was challenging for my hips and core in particular. Memories about setting boundaries and even some moments where I physically pushed myself too hard came up. The “pushing myself too hard” memories are things I can sort of laugh at telling myself “girl, it was not that serious”. 😅

    This was fantastic. My dad had us do kundalini yoga on and off as teenagers but we were learning it from a book. It’s very nice to have a teacher and being able to hear the chants instead of assuming you’re hitting the notes correctly. Thank you for this content, I’ll be happily following more of your videos.

    Thank you for the clear, grounded teaching. I was having a tricky time figuring out the hand arrangement in the second exercise of this kriya. Your video helped me. I appreciate the inclusion of a short mediation. Very nice.

    Hello there, i have being practicing yoga nidra n flow for couple of months now, i came across your channel and i did it today, love kundalini, wili keep on doing it, for many more days up to 1000.     Thank you for this video! I naturally have a strong aura, so I didn't watch this video right away. I was amazed by how powerful it was. I spent 3 min laying down as recommended and my heart was thumping slowly and deeply. My heart normally doesn't do that and when it beats that deeply, it's usually a fast rhythm. This definitely did something for my aura. Thank you again!

      @@YogaVisionOnline do this exercise for 40 days or practice kundalini for 40 days? I've been practicing kundalini on and off for years. But I've been doing kundalini everyday since June this year. My thumbs used to be bent and now my right one straightens! And it's definitely regulated my nervous system.

    I just started doing Kudalini Yoga, really likeing it. You said 40 days practice. My question is, do I have to do the same one, or I can mix it up?

      Yay! Glad you found what you needed in this practice. Ideally it’s the same practice 40 days to get the full dose of “kundalini medicine” if you’re new - commit to practicing daily and the video that you need for 40 days will reveal itself. Or trust you found this one and it’s the one for 40 days.
