I have been doing two of the healing for anxiety and the ptsd and also the one for a neutral mind. I've been at it for 6 months now. And this is the next 40 day practice for me. Im now a week into it. I love the movement in this practice. Thank you ❤
This practice is definitely one of the hidden gems. I've been doing kundalini yoga with you for years and frankly, I was surprised how I didn't see this practice. I think I am ready to open myself to a 40-day transformation with this practice. I don't know how aware you are, but I have to say that your sphere of influence is wide. When I wrote about kundalini yoga on youtube, you were the only one in the results. Thank you for inspiring from those days until now. I have also subscribed to your mailing newsletter. Thanks for helping me keep myself energized and vibrant. Sat Nam 💚
Sat Nam - thank you for connecting g here and via email ❤️ this practice you found is one of my favs. I did it for almost a year at the time of the filming of that video. It carried me ling and deep through a major life transition. I hope it offers the same grace to you. Keep sharing the light.
Day 11 of 40. Salimah, Doing this kriya feels like I AM having twist and turn with life experiences. You may feel a little scared of the unknown, "Of not knowing what is the future ahead of you" but in the end you realized and trust that this changes happening in our life is aligning to our true life purpose and path. That is what I felt while doing this Kriya. Sat Nam. 🧘♂️
Last year I did the 40 days of this practice and in the middle of it, seemingly out of nowhere I landed a job in the one and only place I dreamed of working at for the past 10 years. I wasn't even looking for it, but it just came up to me. The plot twist is that it turned out to be a nightmare, with a narcissistic boss and colleagues who where enablers. After a few months I left, as my mental and physical health started to become seriously affected. I take it as a sign that I just had lessons to learn there, so trying the krya again for 40 days and see how it goes.🙏🙌❤️
So I don't remember what day I started this but I'm going to commit for at least 2 months to make sure that I go to 40 days. But I did miss a day when my dear friend's, mom passed away and it makes me sad that I missed even a day of this beautiful practice because I'm getting to the point where it seems to be going deeper and it seems to be more fun. I really look forward to Param Karam Dharam. When I first began, it was a struggle to get through that but now it is so exciting. What I have not missed for the 40-day strike is overcoming obstacles with Har. I think the day that my friend's mom died, instead of doing this one, I replaced it with something else that seemed more fitting. This is my strength right now through all these changes that I'm going through. It takes the feeling of overwhelm out of my life's picture so that I can focus on at least something at a time. Once I have done this practice, I feel like I can do anything else with the rest of my day. I'm usually able to get past procrastination at that point. Should I be trying to keep my eyes closed for the entire practice?
I've really reconnected with this Krya... I feels so empowering... I have a business meeting today, and throughout this Krya I haveI have been aware of the work that I have been putting in, I've done my best to remain balanced, I've taken inspired action (today is going to be a part of that) and I absolutely trust that good things/abundance will follow... I am going to do this Krya every day through Christmas (which is 6 weeks away) and through into the new year... (I have a new Belief Coding® code that I am repeating to myself too... "I am calm and confident in all areas of my business" - I've been working on money blocks... and I can absolutely feel a shift here today... I am actually excited to go and meet a new accountant!!! (Unheard of!)
Love this one... really getting a lot out of doing these sessions each day... Managing moving anxiety.. Today i will focus on.... Being Open, Being Balance, Taking Action, Feeling Gratitude. Namaste. x
I love your videos, I explored them since last year and the regular practice has helped me become a better version of myself to give the best to my community and the world. Sat nam 🙏🏽
Happy New Year to you Salimah and the rest of the Yoga Vision team. Just to say that I am so grateful to you all for making these videos and for making them available to us for free on TH-cam. I look forward to joining you on your paid for platform this year. You have helped me to stay on track during a year of learning and stretching myself, taking inspired action and holding my nerve during some scary times emotionally, and financially... now to start reaping the rewards of my efforts.. I am and shall remain so grateful for all that I receive. Thank you. Sat Nam... Tina🙏🏻
Dearest Tina, we are delighted to serve you in this way. So glad you had a year of rebounding and receiving all of life’s lesson. Many more opportunities to grow are ahead. ❤️
Hello Salimah, I would like to start this Kriya tonight Day 1 of 40 for me to get energetic clarity on my life purpose. (Finding my Life Purpose). Thank you. Sat nam. 🙏
I think I have to choose more than one to do for 40 days. This one and two others maybe. I've already begun doing one of them and I even do it everywhere. It's the first one that I tried to write out Sa te na me.... I was doing that in the dentist office. 😂. Fingers and all!
Welcome! If it’s your first time - explore whatever catches your attention. If you’ve been around for a while - start a 40 day practice with just one video. More info here www.yogavision.com/
Allready I have taken action in areas that I didn't know I needed that has shown being very important for my health. Thank you for spreading the vibe and love of KY❤
The movements are designed to help you create patterns of flow in your body. When your body finds flow, it stimulates new neural pathways in the brain - this repatterning over time helps you find your life purpose. Try it for 40 days and notice the clarity that comes about.
Thank you Salimah for another great krya, I'll try the 40 day practice of this one and see how it goes. Hope it's not too bad if I miss one day or two ;) I'd like to give a suggestion for the next videos if I may, which is to show more of the movement itself. Maybe it's just me, but I tend to get lost when I can't see the ladies doing it, lol! Hopefully it will become more natural as I repeat it. Anyway, love and blessings to you and your team 😉😘
Thank you for this Kriya Salima !!! J'adore l'enchainement de ces mouvements . It is my "birthday gift Kriya " and I start my 40 days commitment now ! Could you share or recommend another registread music for this, please ? :-)
Thank you again Salimah for this lovely kriya. Just wondering, if I warm up with other kundalini warm-ups, if it's important to just do the kriya as part of the 40 day practice or if I should make sure I include all the warm-ups you do also. Thank you!
Reg 40 days. Is it Has to be 40 days in a row or 40 weeks and then we can choose concrete day within a week? I would prefer to do different practices every day and then repeat the pattern next week.

Sat Nam - yes the only way through is to relax and flow. Nothing has gone wrong.
Time for a new 40 day challenge. I started a new job two months ago and lost my yoga practice. Time for a reset and today I was guided to this video 💖
That’s Kundalini Yoga calling you!

For the standing practices - safe gaze is preferable ⭐️
@@YogaVisionOnline after practicing again this evening, I realized that I didn't write that correctly, so I fixed it. Maybe it'll help me remember.
Just recently began Kundalini yoga and felt pulled to this kriya today. Forty days starting now! Sat Nam 💜

You are free to choose how you want to work with this technology. From my experience doing the same practice 40 days in a row works best.
💞
Oh dear. Suddenly TWO ad breaks appear in the middle of this kriya. Very intrusive & disappointing. Spoils the flow & meditation. 😢😢
thank you so much Salimahm that was a powerfull practice. I feel happy and full of great energy
