    I have been doing two of the healing for anxiety and the ptsd and also the one for a neutral mind. I've been at it for 6 months now. And this is the next 40 day practice for me. Im now a week into it. I love the movement in this practice. Thank you ❤

    This practice is definitely one of the hidden gems. I've been doing kundalini yoga with you for years and frankly, I was surprised how I didn't see this practice.
    I think I am ready to open myself to a 40-day transformation with this practice. I don't know how aware you are, but I have to say that your sphere of influence is wide. When I wrote about kundalini yoga on youtube, you were the only one in the results. Thank you for inspiring from those days until now. I have also subscribed to your mailing newsletter.     So I don't remember what day I started this but I'm going to commit for at least 2 months to make sure that I go to 40 days. But I did miss a day when my dear friend's, mom passed away and it makes me sad that I missed even a day of this beautiful practice because I'm getting to the point where it seems to be going deeper and it seems to be more fun. I really look forward to Param Karam Dharam. When I first began, it was a struggle to get through that but now it is so exciting. What I have not missed for the 40-day strike is overcoming obstacles with Har. I think the day that my friend's mom died, instead of doing this one, I replaced it with something else that seemed more fitting. This is my strength right now through all these changes that I'm going through. It takes the feeling of overwhelm out of my life's picture so that I can focus on at least something at a time. Once I have done this practice, I feel like I can do anything else with the rest of my day. I'm usually able to get past procrastination at that point. Should I be trying to keep my eyes closed for the entire practice?

    Last year I did the 40 days of this practice and in the middle of it, seemingly out of nowhere I landed a job in the one and only place I dreamed of working at for the past 10 years. I wasn't even looking for it, but it just came up to me. The plot twist is that it turned out to be a nightmare, with a narcissistic boss and colleagues who where enablers. After a few months I left, as my mental and physical health started to become seriously affected. I take it as a sign that I just had lessons to learn there, so trying the krya again for 40 days and see how it goes.🙏🙌❤️

    I think I have to choose more than one to do for 40 days. This one and two others maybe. I've already begun doing one of them and I even do it everywhere. It's the first one that I tried to write out Sa te na me.... I was doing that in the dentist office. 😂. Fingers and all!

    I've really reconnected with this Krya... I feels so empowering... I have a business meeting today, and throughout this Krya I haveI have been aware of the work that I have been putting in, I've done my best to remain balanced, I've taken inspired action (today is going to be a part of that) and I absolutely trust that good things/abundance will follow... I am going to do this Krya every day through Christmas (which is 6 weeks away) and through into the new year... (I have a new Belief Coding® code that I am repeating to myself too... "I am calm and confident in all areas of my business" - I've been working on money blocks... and I can absolutely feel a shift here today... I am actually excited to go and meet a new accountant!!! (Unheard of!)

    I'd like to give a suggestion for the next videos if I may, which is to show more of the movement itself. Maybe it's just me, but I tend to get lost when I can't see the ladies doing it, lol! Hopefully it will become more natural as I repeat it. Anyway, love and blessings to you and your team 😉😘

    Reg 40 days. Is it Has to be 40 days in a row or 40 weeks and then we can choose concrete day within a week? I would prefer to do different practices every day and then repeat the pattern next week.

      You are free to choose how you want to work with this technology. From my experience doing the same practice 40 days in a row works best.

    Oh dear. Suddenly TWO ad breaks appear in the middle of this kriya. Very intrusive & disappointing. Spoils the flow & meditation. 😢😢
