      Regarding your videos, they are about authenticity and realness, "coming home", general speaking, I have a question: How to be authentic, to be yourself and believe in yourself, when you have the programs from upbringing, family values, society values, coping strategies, programs in our daylig live, thinking distortions, marketing strategies and more...? When to know when you are thinking out of the hardware instead of the software?

      I admire your content Julian, I myself am facing social anxiety and educating myself with your content and I think it's really valuable. But I have this one question for you, do you believe that there is a God or a supernatural being in this universe? Since you dig deep into all the negatives and ups and downs in life, I'm just really curious on what is your response to this because a lot of people go through religion to find purpose, vitality, and happiness.

    when she let it out, it was very emotionally charged. I could feel it. I got tears in my eyes man.. Her scream was the post powerful I've heard so far. And you can tell that her anxiety is very strong. It's almost like the level of anxiety experienced is proportionate to what you know you're capable of but are afraid of doing.

    As someone that has been struggling with anxiety for almost 4 years and slowly getting out of the anxiety cycle. I realised that we grow up in a society that only celebrates the good and because of that we don’t learn to deal with the bad. When we are happy we don’t question it like omg why am i so happy, just a moment ago a was not happy why am i so happy. But when we feel sad/anxious or other not so nice positive emotions we do that. Like why am i feeling so sad i don’t understand i have everything society told me to do and i am unhappy (sad/depressed or anxious) and we get stuck in the why why why and then start blaming and questioning ourselves and think there is something wrong with us. And when we go to a doctor or therapist they will 95% of the te confirm that and stamp us with a label of depression/anxiety disorder etc and give you meds. But the only thing we most of the time just to need to learn is to be okey with the feeling of not feeling okey. Because then the feeling can flow and move trough us. (Emotion “energy in motion”) when we question what we feel all the time our brain thinks there is danger because it does not know the difference between a real tiger and our own thoughts.
    I am practicing feeling the feelings of anxiety without souding more alarm bells with thoughts like omg what if a pass out or have a heart attack better to xyz to make it go away. No i tell myself yes this is uncomfortable and i don’t like it but i will just let it be there as best as i can without making it worse with trying to make it go away because that has not helped me so far. And since i try to let anxiety just be there without fighting it i am starting to feel better a little better but it takes time and practice.
    Your video explains this very well

      Yeah, so true that those "labels" are made us by humans, whereas the god gave us this beautiful individual emotions to feel them. I remember a saying "Without feeling sadness one doesn't know the worth of happiness" but always framing it as good or bad? It also apply to other emotions (so-called bad) as well. I understand the medical field is somewhat against it as it somewhere affect our health and secondly it effects cuz we aren't embracing them but view them as disease or something,but those what makes us humans, doesn't it?

    That's why people get angry when they are actually hurt. Because anger is "better" than being a whiny, self-victimizing loser. That's a pretty empowering realization.

    • @HikaruFER
      @HikaruFER 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Wanna add that its more socially acceptable to be angry cuz "u are defending urself" and "dont let ppl get away with it" than showing sadness/hurt, crying, expressing it, cuz "do something about it instead of this" and its usually cuz ppl are so numb to their own emotions than arent used and/or get aversion to seeing someone crying and showing hurt and want u to stop so they dont have to deal with it lol, at least from that ive seen. Funny thing its that usually they are okay and encouraging it as long as that anger/agression arent directed to them.

Sometimes my mind goes blank for trying hard to give a good vibes in conversation and I think I'm looking so tense. The worst case scenario that bothers me is they thinking that I'm going crazy or insane and that's making my mind goes blank and i dont even know what to do and how to act normally when this scenario pops up in my mind. The movie is from years ago so I don’t get that reaction that much but my confidence is pretty bad and I’m chronically single.

      So if he is helping people dressed like that let him do it,if they are getting scammed then they will realise it when nothing is changing in their life after doing everything he said to do or realise they are better suited for therapy or meditation or god you know

      If you are really curious about why he is dressed like that , i think its because to tell people not to be afraid of judgements or attention from others and it doesnt really matter what people think of you , i mean people with anxiety can stand next to him on stage because they know all the attention is on him and unless he directs it to them nothing will happen
