What in the WORLD are people complaining about in these comments?😅 this conversation was beautiful and fantastic, thought provoking and insightful. I wish I could give some of ya’ll CPR to cough up that GIANT ego pill you’re choking on😅 listen with an open heart and stop being so offended. This woman was absolutely lovely and her energy was infectious!
💯Maybe misery loves company smh? If we think men suck, we’re right. If we think men are kind and loving, we’re right. Abundance mindset, we move in love, serve others and what we need comes. Love to you all 🥰
I think the idea that men and women are inherently different offends our modern sense of morality. It's a shocking and subversive concept to encounter. But I know from personal experience that Allison is right. I tried the count-to-30 trick and I was shocked how effective it was. I had always had trouble getting my husband to open up but the simple act of just giving him enough time to think has enabled better communication and that is such a beautiful gift because I love my husband and I want to be close to him but if I assume he thinks like I do then I'm not able to elicit the kind of intimacy that is so meaningful to me and our relationship.
I must say something in me wasn't liking this episode. Yet I couldn't move away. I don't truly like myself yet. But now I respectfully see myself in a new light as well as the men in my life. Thank you. ❤
So grateful to have reached that "I'm fine, no matter what" stage in my 30's. This chat made me realize how lucky I have been to have the life experiences that got me here so early. I found her difficult to listen to, at first. But I'm happy I pushed through. There's a lot of wealth of knowledge here.
My understanding of Alison’s teaching is that a man will leave us if he loves us and believes she is better off without him. And…we are often demonstrating to him that he is not making us happy. In my experience, as she says, as soon as I learned what was happening, and I learned to more effectively communicate, my husband showed up COMPLETELY differently. It took courage and faith to step out in new ways but the results have been 100 times better than I dreamed.
Alison is absolutely delightful. Real. Wise Authentic. And the fact that she finds humor in the human experience takes it all up a few notches. Thank you for this video. It's one of your best. s one
I very much dislike this type of conversations. I have more than 6-7 close couple friends, and in each relationship the dynamic is different. As an example - we often laugh about it, how in one couple the man feels and overthinks and the woman is structured, goal oriented, while in another couple is the opposite. I’ve never had problems in relationships, have been in a happy one (albeit not perfect, of course) for many years but these supposedly spiritual conversations are very confusing. It’s the only topic I could never have related to and no amount of meditation, OOBEs and plant medicines have ever changed that 😅
I kept trying to watch this as I felt there would be good but I just found (I’m sorry to say) it annoying. But thank you for presenting another chapter 🙏
I’m so happy to see her on your podcast! I was introduced to her work about 20 years ago and laid the foundation so much inner work and healing. She changed my life for the better, and every relationship is richer as a result. She is a treasure!
Aww Alison!! So good to see her on the big stage with you, André! I visited her last year during my time in the US at her home and recorded a podcast too and she's genuinely one of the nicest, kindest, most humorous and generous people I've ever met. A really beautiful soul. Thanks for this you two! Sending so much love from Germany!
But men were objectifying long before anyone emasculated them. Also, if an employee emasculated them by paying them poor wages they need to join the labor movement. A wage should support a spouse and children
Andre, thank you so much for having Allison on your podcast. I listen to your podcast quite often and have learned a great deal. This woman is an unbelievable role model for all humans. I'm in tears as I write this because her field of study and expertise will have a ripple effect throughout your audience and beyond. This lady embodies sheer acceptance of what is and what could be. I am moved beyond words at what she represents to me as a 71-year-old woman engaging in spiritual growth. Also, as a licensed therapist myself, cognitively, I learned a great deal. Allison was productive and connective all at the same time. Amazing!!
I love this talk. I don’t resonate with everything she says but the parts that I do resonate with are the ones I’m taking with me. Very valuable to my growth. Thank you for opening my eyes to my Frog Farming ways. I see that I do this. That alone is worth so much. It’s a viewpoint that deepens my understanding to what I want to alchemize and how I can have better communication and feel safer within myself.
Alison is delightful and I think I should read her book. This interview was hard to follow. Your questions Andre, were excellent but I had a difficult time deducing an answer. I know they were there so it was probably my state of mind at the time. Thank you both! ❤
I love everything she said. I want to add that I interpret the “spectrum” in love languages as well. A man might need words of affirmation instead of physical touch. She mentions men measure success based on productivity and women interpret that as being ignored, but a woman might prefer literal acts of service instead of quality time. Love languages do change over time because we change. Ultimately, communication is the most important tool and that requires both people to have listening skills which we often lack. We listen to respond instead of to understand.
A ton of good information in this, but the issues are resolved once a person knows, truly knows in his/her bones, not just intellectually, that the self is an illusion. I'm not saying it doesn't exist. An illusion is something that is not what it appears to be. When you really know tje difference beyween consciousness and the self, the self can no llonger act as a master. We can transcend the hormonal influences and allow the body to be what it is, while not being a slave to it.
Her perspective on this seems limited and rooted in 3D thinking. For example, the idea of “male” and “female” hormones is misleading-both men and women have the same hormones, like testosterone and estrogen. The difference lies in how these hormones are used and the levels naturally present in each individual. True progress comes from both men and women expanding their emotional intelligence and logic. The goal is mind-heart coherence, regardless of physical form. Real improvement happens when each person balances their complementary energies internally. Clinging to outdated constructs and paradigms won’t move us forward.
You’re just flipping the coin of dysfunction over to the other side. Just because men have done it wrong for so many years doesn’t mean it’s time for woman to take over the world in the same way so they can “get back at men”. What actually brings synergy between men and woman is balance. This video explains the woman’s role they play for a man. Same goes for men, they have a role they need to play for the woman. If we don’t heal anger from the past we will never discover real love and Union.
Obviously in a relationship everyone's needs must be met through mutual negotiation. Otherwise the relationship turns parasitic. Sometimes we have conversations on what women on average want and need. This episode is about what men want and need.
Be careful about generalizations. It doesn't matter what 'men' want or 'women' want. What matters is what that one person we care about wants. Sit him down, ask what he wants and if his wants don't contradict your principles, do what he wants and then communicate your needs in a straightforward way, without guesswork. Many generalizations found in these types of videos can actually end up causing more harm due to obscurity than good.
Wow, Andrea, Alison what a fabulous, wise, deep and emotionally articulate! podcast! This really gave us so much to ponder, dig into in ourselves and with others. i loved how really wise and knowageable Alison is and that she is alive, radiant and grounded thru your entire two hours together. Please bring her back soon. Every relationship we have begins with ourself and her exploration of self is brilliant! Blessings and gratitude, much love! E
I’m not interested in trying to understand others right now. My focus is on understanding myself-my needs, my mission, and building a community aligned with that. Wisdom comes from lived experience, and the only real way to understand others is through relationship. If people aren’t willing to learn from the opposite sex, then the best path is to build communities rooted in reciprocity where mutual growth is possible. This world is a mirror, and many men in the West seem to enjoy sex and indulging in emotional release, but they often resist true connection with women. It’s as if they want to avoid taking accountability for their own emotional development-which ultimately hinders their growth, especially since they’re navigating significant transitions of their own. Stop overanalyzing and theorizing. The only real way to grow and learn is to step into a relationship. Video Games! Let’s not justify and uphold men being children.
Her energy is wholesome and sweet. People are just so caught up in their ego (as usual). Light can't shine through. You may continue to be in misery, and that's okay. It fuels the the ego much more.
No one is perfect! We are all here doing the best that we can! We all need want and most likely deserve more love not less love! All good relationships should have respect appreciation and good resonance! A long time friend, 40 years of marriage counseling always said to couples that he helped so much… You do not own her! Do you comprehend this? You do not own him! Do you comprehend this? Respect is earned! Value is appreciated always! Common ground is very important! Proper exchange communication is essential with listening speaking and seeing things from the other’s own personal perspectives opinions and emotions. Love is all about being as good to the other as possible! Do onto others as you would have done onto you! Additionally see yourself through all of your own actions, reactions and responses! Hey; There’s no need to shame or parent someone’s truth. Please remember you know nothing about a commenter’s life history or relational patterns. For women who have chronically displaced self-care so consistently that it has sabotaged their own wellbeing, rejecting Alison’s focus could be a necessary pre-curser to unhinge from co-dependency, self-sabotage and self-neglect. There IS such a thing as a person being simply too immature, selfish, unhealthy or culturally conditioned to function with mutual respect, care and regard, especially when there is abuse. Do NOT apply what she says to abusive people. That can be disastrous. I followed Alison’s teachings many years ago, read her books, took her courses… and ended up realizing in the end that self-respect and self-love was required for me to finally have the courage to leave him. You can lead someone to love, but you can’t force them to love you. especially if you struggle loving yourself.
I loved and her books and instantly connected to her beautiful wisdom. I was really looking forward to this podcast but I cant follow to her way of communication I find it unnecessarily complex at times confusing and not making sense. I found this a hard podcast to listen to without Andre I would have not completed the podcast. 😅
Alison, you are so spot on. I love your smile and how you radiate! This was a wonderful, peaceful, informative episode full of golden nuggets. It really is amazing how testosterone and estrogen play a role in how we act and think and the changes that happen as we age. I always learn something new from you each time I listen to you. Thank you so much to both of you!!!
After 50 years, I finally realized that men are simple creatures and are not here to be my emotional support animal. Provide, protect and then leave me alone. 🤣
K … haven’t listened to this yet I will. Though I have this thought repeating in my brain that says … ‘They know EXACTLY what they’re doing yet don’t want to do it.’ I’ll come back later to listen to this & see if that thought still applies. Best of luck out there.
Women don't need to kill themselves emotionally and spirituality to please a man. They don't have to lie to themselves about their feelings or push things down to make him happy. Men need to evolve, women are doing just fine.
So the many adult older men that began objectifying me beginning at 10 years old (objectifying comments, objectifying behavior), were somehow responding to emasculation? Mind you, coming from a very conservative dress-wearing household, the only skin showing was arms below my elbow and my neck/face. If you are going to discuss objectification, please thoroughly delve into when it begins for a significant amount of women-not as women but as prepubescent girls.
I love her energy, I found it difficult to follow because of the way she was explaining, it feels scattered to me and I kept loosing the meaning and message in between those metaphors
Alison Armstrong has some good observations but her philosophy is pretty shallow. She neglects the reality that a lot of men are stunted & unhealthy and will not respond the way a healthy, masculine man would to her techniques, she excuses things like pornography which tells you all you need to know about her. She's a bit of a pick me & comes from another age where women had no choice but to manipulate and be inauthentic & calculated to "coax" the best out of men, but she's definitely not enlightened. She says things like "women lack honor" and men do? When 90% of them cheat in some way? She generalizes & that alone shows that she can't be correct
I’m sure she has helped and engaged with far more people and relationships than any of us. And im sure she’s probably heard many women say exactly what you just said out of resistance to the message.
@ I can acknowledge she's helped people, but she's not an idol and she's not lacking in flaws I think it's better to have people like her out there but I also can't deny being behind things like pornography which is one of the major demonic forces on the planet and acting as if all women and men have a blueprint when we are spiritual beings is a flawed outlook. Nobody is 100% correct- btw I'm in a marriage and I've been with one man, the father of my children- who is my provider and King, I have no problem submitting to him. I was decisive in my energetic diet. I wouldn't say I'm resistant to marriage 😂 but I'm not going to regurgitate everything I hear on the internet, either. This stuff is super polarized rn which is why she's gaining popularity after two decades. People want the answers to be this simple, but they're not. It's a great time to be in the business of polarity & having an "answer". Real life is way more dynamic. Look around.
Calling someone a "pick me" tells me you need to consider getting offline and you're allowing yourself to be brainwashed by strange social media group think. I know this might make you feel defensive but I hope you consider it.
'What men see about women is kinder than what women see about themselves' . She seems like such a kind person but this statement does not ring true. I will keep listening, with an open heart and mind, and hope that she will talk about how men can also focus on how they are "Being" around women. From listening to people wiser than I, across the board, they all say that the change to being a loving person needs to begin with ones own self (men and women both) and then love will naturally flow outwards. So far it just seems like what she is saying is that all the work to improve a relationship or "men" is all on the woman. Hmmmmm....💖 The real magic and change happens when 2 people (regardless of gender!) unite with the focus of continuing to grow within themselves and then bring that beauty into supporting each other and growing together. ❤🧡💛💚💙💜
The final quote is great for love on another dimension. Not the actuality of Love's functionality on this dimension/ plane. As it does serve a purpose. Here in the Now. To fulfill needs and wants. And if its not doing that, where is the love? Love as much as a noun, is most cerainly a verb. Know both and you know love.
Men first. For a change can men embody behaviors that would prompt a woman to affirm, support and respect them. Women are exhausted of over giving, over nurturing and being overly responsible to/for men for a low return on investment, because the men are not pursuing healing and wholeness for themselves. A man’s well-being IS NOT a woman’s job. Wholeness is an individual pursuit. Two wholes can bring out the best in each other. Be whole and attract whole. 💫
What?!?! All are complex beings in our own ways regardless of gender. I am curious as to what world this person lives in that she talks of the genders as though categories into which we each and all neatly fall and are thereby defined. “Men tend to…most men don’t understand, whether they know it or not…men do this, men are looking for…trained…fixed…punished…women this women that…” Yikes. All due respect to all walking in this world, and maybe I’m missing something, but she sounds a little (a lot) unhinged, simplistic and lacking in critical thinking. I appreciate you tried to save it re reference to spectrum of being, sadly she didn’t pick it up-re. Gender and sex/social constructs and biology…why did she flip into the autism spectrum (also a little outdated) what in the world & why??!!??😮🙉
Haha, that's so funny, about dogs, because I consciously treated my boyfriend as if he were a (human)..dog... puppy.. as respectfully as possible, and we both had a great day.
Please tell me where's the video that teaches men how to understand, treat, and respect women? Where's the video that explains to men how it's disrespectful, degrading and harmful to women and society in general to partake in p0rnography? I've never seen one video of a man trying to promote to other men that they should try to understand where women are coming from. It's so one sided. You're always telling women they need to be understanding. Women ARE the understanding ones. It's men who need to evolve out of caveman mentality.
It is so hard to get into what she says... so much hysterical laughter... it is irritating. At the start it was cute but 32 minutes of it. I still can't understand what is her point... I wish the laughter tones down 🙏
All individualized aspects of existence are actually totally interconnected intertwined and or interwoven into the very fabric of all life. Separation is the illusion delusion deception. Sex is actually a sacred exchange of energies divine masculine coming forward towards divine feminine to complete and or connect the true electrical circuit so to speak thus bringing forth a unified unification reunification experience of a God self realization for total expansion experience and gratitude of loving abundance in of completion happiness
Her and Teal Swan speak in the same style 😂 why and how you make sense of it seems tortures! Does menopause play into this all it starts at age 35 to 45 for them?
IDK, I fully understand Teal's speech and logic. I came here to see if it was just me having trouble understanding the communication style in this episode! English is not my first language, yet that is not the reason. There's something about Allison's cadence, complexity of thought and non-explicit structure that makes it hard to listen to, especially without the visual aspect.
Many Women today seem to be so obviously unaware exposing their biological form almost completely with skin tight clothing that leaves very little to the imagination of Men. Wearing nothing underneath as well seems very promiscuous and inappropriate. I absolutely love the feminine form however this type of presentation should be more exclusive to herself and a personal intimate partner in a modern industrial environment. This type of behavior may be positive for Women to Women however it is like teasing Men constantly with what they see as desirable which then can generate an overwhelming kind of thirst for attention that Women seem to be attracting more then meaningful true connections.
Maybe men should Have more integrity. I don't care What the argument is- if you're blaming anything outside of you for your own lack of control, you're lacking.
The training of the eye is needed. A man should only be gazing at his wife, all other women should be seen as sisters, mothers, and aunts. By training the eyes and the heart to not gaze and perceive women as roles other than sex objects, you will not be tempted by a woman no matter how she is dressed. I choose not to wear a bra because my breasts are healthier for it. Wearing a bra causes cancer and weakens the breasts causing them to sag. I am not here to accommodate a man's untrained eye or heart. Men are responsible for keeping themselves pure.

Me too, I struggle to take Alison seriously as she behaves and speaks like a little girl...

If there were no frogs, you couldn't get them to come out!!
Situations don't make the man, they reveal them.
I love her aura, she's so free and fun to listen to, you can see that she's complete.
Just try to hear what she has to say.
Is it any good?

It was very difficult to listen to her tell her story. I’m hoping I can connect more to the book.
I agree …I struggled connecting to her conversation between the laughs…sorry
I appreciate a good mood. But why so much laughing? Seems unnatural, i think that's why it was a struggle to connect.
That is her natural way. ❤
Her perspective on this seems limited and rooted in 3D thinking. Well said !!!
Radiants shines through from our inner world. Regardless if a woman or man chooses to colour their hair, wear makeup or do procedures.
"We think you'll save the most perfect of us"... omg this hit something I didn't know was there. Thank you. What a great conversation.

Wow should turn the intro into a movie amazing sound effects her voice is so soothing love this incredible interview ❤
Necessary content!❤
Exhausting to jump through hoops to please 😂
Alison, you are so spot on. I love your smile and how you radiate!
This was a wonderful, peaceful, informative episode full of golden nuggets. It really is amazing how testosterone and estrogen play a role in how we act and think and the changes that happen as we age. I always learn something new from you each time I listen to you. Thank you so much to both of you!!!
I love this channel! Andre, you always have the heaviest hitters on, thank you so very much. Love you brother
love the playfulness
After 50 years, I finally realized that men are simple creatures and are not here to be my emotional support animal.
Provide, protect and then leave me alone. 🤣
K … haven’t listened to this yet I will.
Though I have this thought repeating in my brain
that says …
‘They know EXACTLY what they’re doing yet
don’t want to do it.’
I’ll come back later to listen to this
& see if that thought still applies.
Best of luck out there.
spot on information ... thanks
perfect timing ⏳🤍
Finally! This is going to be such a treat!
@ lol or that I'm with the times. It's not that deep. I was a pick me once, it's pretty easy to recognize
Hmmmmm....💖
The real magic and change happens when 2 people (regardless of gender!) unite with the focus of continuing to grow within themselves and then bring that beauty into supporting each other and growing together. ❤🧡💛💚💙💜
Idk how relevant this is but, one of the greatest songs ever written - Peter Gabriel - " Kiss That Frog".
Looking forward to watching this one !
Thank you Andre
Beautiful wisdom and depth
Omg! what is she talking about? I can't concentrate or get what she is trying to say since im from a foreign country 😅
A deceptive partner must be revealed
Wow... love her!!!!!!!!! ❤
I love your white sweater , I also think we don’t know what are we all doing,
I did need to hear alot of that m, many takeaways for me, thank you Alison and Andre
gonads and yall dont hang on to stuff as much, what is this, its very hard to follow , us men like good communication
I can wait to read the Queen’s Code ❤
It is far easier to stay single.
Fascinating 😊
She is the best
What?!?!
All are complex beings in our own ways regardless of gender.
I am curious as to what world this person lives in that she talks of the genders as though categories into which we each and all neatly fall and are thereby defined. “Men tend to…most men don’t understand, whether they know it or not…men do this, men are looking for…trained…fixed…punished…women this women that…”
Yikes.
Finally a How To...
It was nice conversation, some women turn frog to prinss and some turn prinss to frog, Nice realization❤🎉😅
Haha, that's so funny, about dogs, because I consciously treated my boyfriend as if he were a (human)..dog... puppy.. as respectfully as possible, and we both had a great day.
Wow I am wanting it now amen
Your dress code is fire flame.
God witnesses every thing
You need to listen to 'Cells To Cites' episode Sam Harris ( making sense) podcast.
Very interesting talk about layers of existence.
Love love love
Please tell me where's the video that teaches men how to understand, treat, and respect women? Where's the video that explains to men how it's disrespectful, degrading and harmful to women and society in general to partake in p0rnography? I've never seen one video of a man trying to promote to other men that they should try to understand where women are coming from. It's so one sided. You're always telling women they need to be understanding. Women ARE the understanding ones. It's men who need to evolve out of caveman mentality.
I have reconnected to my soulmate
Mme, too! I love love. I am love. I want to love every one.❤
Truth be told who was she ten years ago?
Mandela effect. And the Lion shall lay down with the Lamb...not the Wolf 🐺 😅😊
It is so hard to get into what she says... so much hysterical laughter... it is irritating.
At the start it was cute but 32 minutes of it. I still can't understand what is her point... I wish the laughter tones down 🙏
She isn't making any sense
All individualized aspects of existence are actually totally interconnected intertwined and or interwoven into the very fabric of all life. Separation is the illusion delusion deception. Sex is actually a sacred exchange of energies divine masculine coming forward towards divine feminine to complete and or connect the true electrical circuit so to speak thus bringing forth a unified unification reunification experience of a God self realization for total expansion experience and gratitude of loving abundance in of completion happiness
❤❤❤❤
Has a documented mega camera to man's sins and deeeds
❤️

Maybe men should
Have more integrity.
I found this hard to follow because of the amount of laughing and making light of the subject matter ...I feel it detracted from the message.
“if it hurts, there is no love” - amen
She has that spark like Joe Dispenza. 🤍
