  • The Tennessee Occupational Safety and Health Administration (TOSHA) says they are investigating a factory in rural Tennessee after floodwaters from Helene swept 11 of their workers away.
TOSHA says the current investigation by the TBI into the circumstances that led to these deaths supersedes the jurisdiction of TOSHA.
Investigators from TOSHA will work with TBI and local officials to determine when they can begin an on-site inspection.

This is a typical response from most major corporations. They care absolutely nothing about the safety of their employees. I live in a disaster prone area. We've learned to ignore orders to come to work when a storm is approaching. God bless these people. I hope you find justice.

The warnings were too late, but no one knew. We will never know what all went wrong. But we do know both local and federal government failed. Too many reports of FEMA blocking relief efforts. I pray for these people and would like to see more honest reporting from the media.

what are you babling about, the freaking hurricane was being tracked...so many other places did not open for business.
stop being a simp unless your a heartless business owner or high rank share holder.
yes government past to now seem to have more money to rebuilt plastic company owned by rich folks then for programs like SEMA...might want to work on that on your voting and remember the GOP likes to oppose things like infrastructure programs and so on.
