no, sorry, that depends on what version of the phone you have. meaning area. European phones doesn't have it and Asian phones also not I think. Only America and Japan, but not sure. If your phone doesn't have it, it's not possible to change it

Hi, this worked for me. Before I begin I will say that I have an unlocked Verizon Galaxy Note Edge. I have had it for a year on android 5.0.1 and I just updated it yesterday on June 5. First I installed Samsung Keys 3 on my laptop. (google, and install it from samsung website) Then I connected my phone using a usb cable. I had the connection option to allow media transfer. I opened up the Keys 3 software on my laptop. Samsung Keys 3 recommended to backup my phone before I installed any software updates. I backed up my phone like it suggested. I also removed any form of screen lock...I went into the phone settings and left it on "none" for the lock. Then I installed the software (firmware) update it suggested. It automatically downloads all the files, you do not need to do anything. Just don't disrupt the usb cable or your phone in any way. For me, I had to do the software update twice. For the first time it DID NOT update my android from 5.0.1 to 6.0. , but for the 2nd update it worked. I had my phone updated to android 6.0.1 successfully. Please try this out, I really think this is the safest way of doing it (because everything is done through the official Samsung software) Let me know how it goes...I will be happy to help in anyway I can! Khurram Shahzad its normal the ram is always at 2gb used. .. it preloads everything to memory to make it faster.
