Thanks for your review. Only a minor point but just to say that you are mistaken about the ruler being only in metric. You can easily change to inches by just rolling the edge with your finger when in ruler status and then pressing the blue box that appears - this will change to centimeters or inches as you require.

I don't have this phone yet, but I'm wondering... Can I prevent accidental edge swipes by disabling it when needed? (in Settings > Edge screen > and turn off ALL (Edge panels, feeds, and lighting). Hoping someone knows this, or is willing to check on their phone.
Video are good, Music is to much. It is just a distraction. Less volume might be ok but right now it makes me not want to watch which is sad because your video's are descent
+Soccercrazyigboman I just bought the U.S. AT&T version of Note Edge. It's a total nightmare. Comes with 5.0.1. It has a boot loader and CANNOT be rooted. ALL root methods fail. I tried to flash back to 4.4.2. CANNOT go back once the phone installs 5.0.1. It bricked my phone. I had it 1 day. Spent 3 days trying to fix it. It said flash was unsuccessful and boot into emergency recovery mode with Kies. I downloaded Kies and it didn't work. Said Smart Switch replaced Kies. So I downloaded that. Smart Switch said "UNSUPPORTED DEVICE". Called Samsung. They suggested taking to Samsung counter at Best Buy. I did. The tech flash the phone and got it working in 2 minutes!!! Still has 5.0.1. and cannot root it. It's a total nightmare with massive upon massive tons of bloatware and junk. From what I understand, The U.S. versions of Sprint, Verizon and T-mobile can ALL be rooted. I'm fixing to throw this $1,000 nightmare against the wall. It's so frustrating. Stupid facebook app is part of the OS and automatically updates itself, even though I have auto-updates disabled. Also cannot uninstall it because it's a system app.
+excalibur1812 Glad you messaged me. If its only on 5.0.1 it should be downgradable to 4.4.4. My T Mobile versino came with 5.0.1 but I was able to go down. What I did was find the Baseband number for 4.4.4 and searched for it on www.androidfilehost.com/ Then followed these direction: androidsigma.com/how-to-downgrade-samsung-note-edge-from-android-lollipop-to-kitkat/ After that my phone "bricked", it went into a bootloop. So I restarted the phone in Samsung's stock recovery mode and did a data wipe/reset. After that I reset my phone again and cleared the cache. The second rest and cache clearing fixes battery issues for most.

+Sara Kenels you don't swipe accidently as the edge screen generally have a screensaver on. Also you can go to settings gs and unchecked all panels.
For the ruler, you can switch between inches and cm.
