In this video, I'll show you a realistic full day of eating with simple and easy high protein meals. Eating healthy and getting enough protein doesn't have to be complicated. In this video, I'll show you how to make easy and simple high protein meals that are perfect for a busy day. From breakfast to dinner, you'll see what I eat in a day to stay fueled and satisfied. And don't forget to try out my tasty chicken gnocchi recipe for a protein-packed dinner option!
Chicken Gnocchi Recipe:
Place 4 Tbsp butter into the pot
Cut up 4 Boneless skinless chicken thighs (or breast) into small pieces
Cook for about 5 min
Put half an onion and a good amount of minced garlic
Then add 1 cup of carrots and celery
Season with parsley, Adobo, Thyme, Pepper, Onion powder, and garlic powder
Add 1/4 cup of flour and mix until thoroughly mixed in
Pour in one box of Chicken broth and one cup of Heavy Whipping cream
Let it come to a boil then add your Gnocchi (just get the store bought, it taste better in my opinion)
Let simmer a lil longer and you are all DONE :)!

One thing I wish you understood is that we actually want to see the”boring”, plain meals. Youre inspiring because clearly you’ve gotten amazing results from the gym. The people with the perfect meals make me think I’ll never get those results. It’s so refreshing to see someone (you) who has an amazing gym body, eating the same stuff I do (and I definitely haven’t reached my body goals). Hope that makes sense! The toddler meals are so real. My son only eats ramen soup, grapes, doughnuts and that’s pretty much it lol I feed my other kids nutrition meals (10 and 7 year old boys) and they don’t have no choice lol

My son loves ramen noodles too. I found a healthier ramen at Sprouts that is made from one ingredient, which i’ll be giving him from now on.
